Ambiente lindo, vista maravilhosa, paradisíaco. A equipe atenciosa e o quarto confortável.

O serviço deixa a desejar (não os funcionários, mas a forma como o serviço é organizado). Pedimos um Clericot, não tinha espumante. Pedimos roska de limão, não tinha limão. Se não fizer o pedido do jantar com horas de antecedência, você não consegue comer. Muito engessado. Pouco flexível. Cobram caríssimo por serviços terceirizados. Querem ganhar em cima de tudo. Pedi para trocar um item do meu prato de jantar e sequer avisaram que pedidos de mudança tem taxa de 60 reais. Novamente, não são os Funcionários que são ruins, mas acredito que a gestão feita pelos donos. Não nos sentimos confortáveis e nem acolhidos. O que salva é a paisagem.

First of all the Staff. From the reception, to the kitchen and bar personnel, over to the cleaning girls, security and the support guys, everthing worked out fantastic. We were very pleased with everyones kindness and commitment to make our stay as much pleasent as possible. Including the Owner, who had everything perfectly organized. Transfer, boat, canoe, taxi, all were sincronized and worked just great! 5 Star Service!!!

There is in fact not much what we could complain about. Wifi could be working better and certain things like the transfer on a canoe could be included in the price or even better, being offered as a complimentary service from the Hotel, as the access by water is linked to tides, which vary pretty much.
