The swimming pool was too small for swimming

Location is great, beach very near. The neighborhood is very quiet.

No complaining.

Great location on a quiet street within a walking distance to the beach, Marina restaurants and downtown Cala d’Or shops and restaurants. The villa has a nice layout in three floors. One bedroom in the top floor and two bedrooms in the bottom floor. Also a garage for the car and bicycles. Sindy was very kind and helpful and fixed the issue with the front door lock in no time. Our family of five had a great time and would certainly return to Villa Imperial.

Some construction noise from nearby during daytime. In October the pool was quite chilly. Also the size of the pool is not that big. With the beach nearby that wasn’t an issue.

Lovely place, great accommodation ideally placed near beach but quiet, a couple of minutes walk to the main area with restaurants and shops. Very good facilities for cooking etc area where villa is situated is nice with good view of the sea and harbour. Cala d’Or is a nice town enough to do without being too big.
