Had a wonderful stay at this hotel, the all inclusive package is brilliant, very tasty food options and all very fresh, cocktails and drink options also very good at the several hotel bars. Would absolutely come back, staff are lovely. Location is fabulous right beside Cala Ferrara beach. Perfect holiday.

The Hotel is very nice, and all the staff works perfect and as expected for a 4 stars hotel, they are very friendly. It should be noted that the hotel have a good air conditioning, sea view, fridge with some free drinks included + another things.

- The only negative point is the overcrowding of guests in the common areas such as the dining room and pool. The management of the common areas is poorly organized because if you want to sit outside and sunbathe we were told that we had to get up at 5:00 am and place a towel to reserve a sun lounger and umbrella. So it seemed unfair to have to do that kind of maneuvering to make use of this benefit offered by the hotel. Also if you want a massage you must book it a day in advance.

Location was great. Breakfast was good, although quite chaotic! On the occassions we ate in the resturant for dinner, the food was lovely.

The bedroom felt like it had recently been refurbished and wasn’t quite finished.

The venue was great, the staff amazing, the food was good too, perfect place if you have children or if you are a senior person. I came to meet my best friends that have a daughter and everyone that works here made my stay, even for a day, really nice.

As a solo traveler, I wouldn't come here again only because of so many children running around the venue crying or grumpy elderly people that tells you to be quiet if you are on the balcony and speak on the phone at 11 pm.

Everything. Comfy, well kept rooms. Amazing water pressure and temps. Easy to get to. Parking available. Great location. Friendly staff. Buffet is superb. Lobby is modern and fun. Resort vibes. And above all SPECTACULAR views of the beach. MUST VISIT.

The hotel is in a great location on the edge of a beach cove. We were very lucky with our room and had full beach/cove views and the room was a very generous side. The hotel as a whole was very modern inside and you can tell it had recently been refurbished. It also had a large bar area and entertainment space separate to the hotel. It also had a separate adults pool overlooking the sea which is great to be away from the family area and children playing. The hotel also surprised me for by 30th Birthday hence the reason we had booked the trip and provided a bottle of cava and a cake in the room for us to come back to after a day out which again was a great surprise!

The only slight criticism I would mention is because of half board and full board options available to the bookings. The restaurant area was far too busy for breakfast and dinner. We found ourselves on occasion having to walk around looking for a free table and waiting a good 10 minutes sometimes. But the staff were very attentive and were always on hand clearing empty plates and cleaning tables ready to be used again.

I stayed in this hotel October 2019 for a week It was OK the hotel is in great ocation overlooking the beach. However, it all seemed the decor in the restaurant and the bedroom was a bit dated. Then may 2022 I stayed in cala dor because of all the renovations going on I stayed in the hotel next store the less said the better about that place. So in May 2023 I stayed in the Barcelo Aguamarina and when I saw all the changes and all the updates they have made I said wow every area in the hotel is just fantastic from the brand new bedroom with 55" TV Screen to the really cool updates in the restaurant. Also all the staff are very helpful and friendly. So we'll done to the management and staff. I would recommend the all new Barceló Aguamarmina and I am very much looking forward to my next visit

I have to say that compared to my last visit in 2019 it is hard to find negative things to say about the new Barcelo Aguamarina Hotel after all 2022/23 is your first full season and there is bound to be a few teeing problems as you head into the summer. But in general everything was great. The bed was incredible and so comfy. There was cava in the room on arrival which was really nice. The staff were lovely and really helpful. Breakfast was also great. Overall, really great value for money.

It would be good to have more gluten-free food options in the restaurants but other than that, no feedback.

gorgeous location, stunning views from the front pool! Martha was an absolute gem!! we loved her she put a smile on our face from the second we came to the hotel. rooms were lovely and drinks were fab! would come to stay again! location to the centre of Cala dor is perfect, a lovely little walk and the staff were all great!

the buffet food could be a little better it was slightly repetitive but this is what you usually get in an all inclusive, we had breakfast in the hotel and sometimes lunch but always ate out for dinner

Stayed for 4 nights in October on all inclusive. Decent variety of food but with limited options, especially if you are vegetarian. All drinks branded and fab cocktails, fresh juice at breakfast. Excellent location right on the beach. Ok for snorkelling but not the clearest. (Recommend a short car trip to Cala Mitjana or Sa Nau for that). Reception staff was very good and helpful and cleaning staff did an amazing job everyday. Room was a superior double with sea view and balcony and all was as described and on pictures. A la carte restaurant on the pool level was extra €20 per person but worth it with lovely service and nice food.

Hardly any parking at the hotel and it was end of the season in October so what would it be like in high season? Need more staff as always queues to the pool bars and had trouble clearing tables/getting drinks during meal times so sometimes queues there too. Another thing, not hotels fault but worth mentioning is that you get sun in the morning and around 2pm it was all shade by the pool in October.

We had a wonderful time at the Barceló Aguamarina hotel in Cala d’Or. We found this resort very affordable and in one of the most beautiful locations we’ve ever stayed. The room was very up to date and exceeded our expectations. The view of the cove from our fifth floor corner balcony was amazing. The dining options were limited because of our package to the buffet, but we thought the food was excellent and offered many choices. The wait staff was very attentive and extremely friendly. Beverages (even water) are not included in the buffet at supper. The room was extremely up to date and met our expectations. As you may know, rooms are often smaller than what you would find in the new world. The view from our fifth floor balcony was amazing.

Luckily the weather, for mid-October, was ideal for enjoying the outdoor facilities and beach. The adult pool was shaded in the afternoon, so it was cooler in October and didn’t have any activity. The family pool was in full sun and warm enough to use.

The hotel was exceptional and so much better than expected! I would definitely be coming back. Key features: 1. Super quiet rooms. The hotel has been recently renovated (2022) and the soundproofing is just incredible. With closed windows we could hear nothing (no noises from outside, no neighbours showers, etc - complete silence and I don't remember having such a good sleep for ages). 2. Extremely comfortable beds. They were huge and felt divine. 3. Direct access to one of the most beautiful beaches. You can take a lift straight to the pool area which leads to the beach - great sunbeds/sun umbrellas and I felt safe leaving my phone and other valuables there while swimming. There are showers, and an amazing bar - delicious cocktails! The beach is very picturesque, with lots of trees and turquoise water. 4. The food. We had breakfasts and dinners included - everything was delicious and there were so many options to chose from! It was a buffet and lots of seafood and vegetables were always available. 5. Entertainment. There were yoga/pilates/stretching classes held on the beach, some pool games and mini disco for kids. Every night there was a show or music performance.

Parking was free, but the places were limited - coming back late at night would almost always mean no spaces left. However there are plenty of free parking places around, and also when we were returning before 6pm we could always find a parking spot.

We can guarantee you will have an excellent stay here. Friendly, helpful and courteous staff. In a fantastic picturesque location. Food is one of the best in all hotels we've stayed. Rooms and amenities are clean and well maintained. Coming to the end of the season and standards didn't drop. Close to everything you require in Cala d'dor. Entertainment was good too. There was a constant bad smell coming from the bathroom. Pool bar staff (floor 0) was unpleasant and unprofessional - most of the time didn’t greet us or even look at us.
