Location was great - reversing out on to the road a bit tricky though.

Couches would have been better if they weren't so low to the floor.

We agreed on two double beds and two single beds, and we were given three double beds. We called to inform us, and the answer was that there was no way to replace the two single beds. The light in the laundry room was broken and the toilet paper in the toilet. Not enough use, no hair dryer, although a little disappointed, but still OK.

Everything else was perfect, the beds were comfy, the house was clean, the location was great!

The town house was great. Though there was a major issue which made it unpleasant. When opening the garage there was a horrid stench of a freshly deceased animal and the requirements of staying were to use the garage at all times. We advised the staff ASAP and they were quick to address the issue, though couldn't be dealt with until departure. Rat bait had been placed in the garage and unfortunately the local possum may have been the victim. The smell was unbearable but lucky we didn't spend much time at the residence. A trap would have been a much better and eco friendly option instead of baits.....poor possum.

Proximity to town Nice entertainment areas

Only one set of keys to share with all guests. House was freezing cold. Only reverse cycle in dining area. No heaters for the bedrooms. Only saving grace was leaving the heat lamp on in the bathroom to hear the bedroom up. Showers were terrible. Poor pressure. Mixer taps that were either scolding hot or cold. If you were unlucky to be the last to have a shower it was a cold one.

It was easy to walk into town. We went in Winter so didn’t use the courtyards but I could definitely see it being handy in Summer. The kitchen was well stocked (even though we didn’t cook). Everything was clean and really comfortable

There was a coffee pod machine with coffee pods but they didn’t fit the machine.
