Very nice rooms, with a modern feeling, comfy bed si a quiet area makes the place a very good choice for exploring the city. The owners are very helpful, we got everything we needed.

Maybe the breakfast could be improved a bit, though you get all the basics.

Lovely host, comfortable walking distance from the city centre. Breakfast was simple but I requested gluten free options which were provided and much appreciated. The room was fairly large with a comfortable bed and a small balcony with views of the neighborhood.

Fernando and his wife are the best hosts ever. They treat every guest like their own family. Absolutely exceeding all my expectations. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast was like i ate at home ❤️

The host Fernando has a very calm manner - very inspiring how he runs the Foyer. We always felt very welcome. Fernando could help us with all our requests, we got some great recommendation for our trip to Villasimius. The breakfast with local sardinian products was best quality. For our surprise, the room was not just a room - it was a modern equipped flat with kitchen, separated bathroom to washbasin, and a very comfy bed. Great interior design. Parking in front of the house on the street, or for 5€ a day. All in all, best stay in Sardinia of our 2 week trip.

Great hospitality of the owner, welcoming place with fresh & tasty Italian style breakfast. We had spacious, perfect clean family studio, with very comfy beds and air con in every room. In walking distance to park, restaurants and hill overlooking the town. Great value for money

Excellent well run B&B carved out of a small apartment block. The street is not in the old town itself, but walking distance to all the main sites. The owner is very helpful and speaks fluent English. Excellent buffet breakfast. Fast wi-fi. Comfortable room.

The owner was SO sweet! He drove us to our rental car pickup, I cannot recommend them enough he made us feel at home!!!

The owners are lovely and ready to help with anything. The apartment is spacious, clean, smartly built and comfortable. Bed is great! Bedroom curtain makes it possible to make it very dark and you can rest well. Mini-kitchen allows you to cook for yourself.

The location is a little away from everything. So you have to either walk to take transport to go places. There were plenty of ants inside the apartment when I was there.

Fernando and Silvana, who are operating this hotel, are fantastic. The hotel was very close to my conference location. The free wifi worked perfectly. Bed, room, bathroom, balcony and breakfast were great. The room was quiet. Fernando could answer any question (e.g. how to go to which beach, I visited Poetto), and he speaks an excellent English. The hotel also lent me a beach towel. I had a truly wonderful time.

Great location, 15 min romantic walk to the old town or 15 min quick drive to the Poet’s Beach, without the hassle and noise of the touristic or beach areas. Fernando and Silvana have setup a fantastic boutique hotel, really personal, with great deco, spacey rooms, fridge, terrace, big bathroom and, a personally-made traditional breakfast included; all for a very reasonable price. Everything is simply great, but the personal attention of the owners leaves no open end. They are part of the Hospitality Philosophy network in Sardinia, Sabry and Friends, so there are more hotels with this quality all around the island, follow #hospitalitiphilosophy (yes, misspelled).

Parking on the street in front of the building is limited, but there are nearby blue-zone (payment) parking spots also, so parking is not a problem at the end. Small suggestion: there is complimentary coffee and tea in the room, but with plastic cups. Try to change these to real coffee/tea ceramic mugs or cups.

Fernando is a decent honest man who is willing to help with any inquiry a guest may have. His English skills are very profound and he is willing to give advise on potential activities in Cagliari. Communication with him is easy. The location is furnished in a modern way and always clean. A delicious breakfast with local products is served every morning. Fernando even allowed us to eat breakfast outside of dedicated hours when necessary. This hotel is far more than I had expected and definitely worth the money when staying in Cagliari.

The property is well located close to the museum area, on walking distance. 15 minutes walk to city centre. From the outside you would not expect how beautiful this hotel is from the inside. The street the hotel is located in is just a quiet street with apartments and low-rise flats. The property is very spacious, we had a separate room for our daughter of 13. Free parking in the street. Quiet area in the night. The rooms were spotless clean. beautiful bathroom. Silent airco. Well decorated bedrooms with good quality beds. Breakfast was very good with fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals, good cappuccino's and various other things. The hosts are very enthousiastic people giving tips for restaurants in the area. I would certainly recommend this small hotel.
