The home is starting to show its wear. This is constructive criticism so that repairs and perhaps replacement of some items can be reported to the owner. Two of the three loungers in the backyard are broken. They look ok until you sit on them where the backs let go. The rugs and patio furniture outside are getting tattered and dirty. The primary bedroom mattress squeaks and the bedroom where the single beds are, are ok for children but not great for adults. I would recommend this property to a friend outlining to them that the photos are not necessarily the actual condition of the furniture.

The House and Pool are upper class. We felt very comfortable in the area.

We loved the neighborhood and its centralized in Bradenton so it was close to everything. Loved the house! It was perfect for 4 adults and one 6 year old. Each family had their own space. Furniture and beds were comfortable. The pool and outside area are wonderful. Very easy and close access to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice home, 10 minutes to the beach. Pool was great, would have been nice if it was cleaned during our stay. We were there for 7 days with two dogs. House needs more kitchen utensils, hand soap, more then one garage bag and toilet paper. Need to read reviews, master mattress needs Replaced. A lot of reviews had asked for it. Would stay agin, just know what to pack.

This place was clean, beautiful and close to all things you need for your stay. The beds were ok.. my husband and I have back issues so these were not the best for us but they did the job. My kids enjoyed this home especially the beautiful pool in the back with amazing privacy. One thing I will mention is this is in a neighborhood where they just may call a noise ordinance on you if you're too loud outside. We had a police officer show up on Christmas Eve at 7:30pm to tell us a neighbor called to complain about us being noisy in the pool. Our children were playing games in the pool and enjoying themselves. There was nothing they were doing wrong they were just laughing and having fun. The police officer apologized and told us to carry on with what we were doing. Some of the patio furniture was rusty and broke on the first day my daughter lounged on a chair. They replaced it for us the next day! This was a nice surprise especially cause I and my two girls love to bask in the sun. The beach gear especially the wagon was key in providing all the things needed to enjoy a day at the beach. Some of the beach chairs need replacing however I am just saying this so the management knows about it. We were happy to use whatever was provided it was incredibly well thought out.
In summary I would highly recommend this place for anyone to consider renting. It housed 6 of us extremely comfortably and we even was able to entertain our friends a couple nights with their children to swim. I will look to book this place again. Well done you guys!

Amazing place to stay. My husband and I got married on Anna Maria Island and this was a perfect place to stay. House is beautiful--updated, spacious, and clean. Backyard pool and lounging area were perfect for the family to relax before and after our big day. Location is close to grocery store and not too far away from the island. Definitley would stay again!

Needless to say, we will never rent another home in FL that doesn't have a lanai. Also, the mattresses in this home were VERY uncomfortable and my body still hurts. I feel that this property has a beautiful pool with a fenced in yard, but it's extremely overpriced. This home also is in need of repairs. Management left a note stating that a worker would be stopping by to repair a closet.... nobody came during the week that we stayed there.

Great stay- very clean. Would recommend to any family or couple looking to get away. Only Cons: No trash bags, No bathroom exhaust fans, and the bed in the master bedroom is in dyer need of replacement... ouch- Hello, Chiropractor! Aside of these few minimal things, it is an extremely quiet neighborhood and it is located near all the food and activities you can imagine. 10 minutes to the beach.. House is cozy and pool is stellar! We will be back to the area again soon!

The house was spotless and sparkling when we arrived. The house was located in a lovely neighborhood where I felt safe walking around at any time of day/night. The house had everything you needed to enjoy the inside (cozy/comfy) and outside (great pool and patio!). The location is a 15 min drive to the beach and the house had all the necessities (pool towels, beach chairs, toys for the kids) to enjoy the area. Shopping at Walmart/many grocery markets is easy and convenient.

Things we enjoyed the most:
1. Robinson Preserve- make time to get there for a beautiful nature walk
2. Coquina Beach- easy with kids in tow, plenty of parking and changing rooms
3. Anna Maria Beaches- so many (and don't forget to stop over at the Donut Experiment)
4. Skinny's Place- don't miss out on this iconic burger joint
5. Mote Aquarium (for the smaller travelers)

While I was overall really satisfied, I did find it a bit of a hassle that the BASIC survival house stuff was very limited on arrival. Make sure you bring house essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters-basket, soap, cooking spray, spices, shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, etc).

My family stayed at this property in August. When we arrived, the small back yard around the pool was covered in dog feces. My husband had to spend 30 minutes cleaning up a large grocery bag full of poop. Having arrived with 3 dogs ourselves, I simply cannot understand how someone could relax in the pool area surrounded by poop, or how this was overlooked. Other than that, house and pool were great.
