very very good location, pretty good return for money

2 shared bathrooms for 3 rooms of people - very small kitchen so you had to eat basically in your room (which didnt have any actual chairs or tables) or at a tiny 1 person sized kitchen table - toilets had no handtowels and the shower changed temperature constantly which made showers very annoying, there was also always a homeless person right outside on the street at the front door

The flat is very old and the bathroom looks always very dirty due to the condition of the bathroom (even if the cleaning was well made every day) It was a bit confusing to find the flat because there was no indication signe at the entrance. However the host contacted us to know at what time we were coming. Maybe it would be good to write something next to the bell?

Me and my friend love that place ! Especially it's so convenient if you want stay in the centre as its everything so close ! We met Gina who cared about us whole the time. Always if we needed something, she was there to help. We will come back :)

Very central, good price, nice shower

Had to wait a while to sort keys out but staff were very communicative the whole time. Was quite hot in the room too

Staying in Alicante was very pleasant in all ways. Gina is best host ever! You always will feel like home. She is caring from heart about house and about guests. All was very clean, common territories were carefuly cleaned every day. Kitchen has all nessesary equipment and fridge. In room is big cupboard, beds are comfortable. There are two toilets, never was problem about waiting, we saw our naibours very seldom, and all of them were quite and polite. Apartment's location is amazing. Just around the corner is old city and Explanada. Trip to the beautiful beach with white sand takes you just 3min walking. Around is a lot of food stores, and restaurants. And in next building you can buy fresh coffee with just baked pastry. Easy connection to the airport. Bus goes every 20min from stop in 2 walking minutes. From beach goes tram line, using by can get to Benidorm. Thank you from heart for everything!

The bed and the pillow were very uncomfortable; I also doubt the sheets were clean. I wake up with a lot of itches

There was a smell in the room very uncomfortable. Also at nights it was very hot and although there was a fan it was not appropriate for the temperature in the room

My plane was late and I checked in around 1 am. Thanks to the staff.

lack of air conditioning

Friendly welcoming host. Lovely room, comfy bed. The guesthouse has a lift. The location was perfect 5 minutes to the beach, shops, restaurants and airport shuttle bus. ( first bus goes at 6.20 am, costs 3,80 euros a ticket).

The room need desperately blackout curtains. The room was very bright because of the hotels opposite my room. I would have had a good sleep otherwise. Some guests banging the door in the middle of the night but that is nothing to do with the guest house. It’s the guest themselves.
