It was very comfortable, cosy & warm; appreciated BT Sport & private parking space. Excellent shower. Easy to walk to restaurants, pubs etc.

Nothing really but slightly surprised by the paucity of the kitchen resources e.g. only 2 cups & 1 mug, no tall glasses for a beer. Did not impact on our stay but just seemed slightly out of sync with the rest of the high quality of the apartment.

Not a lot of crockery. Had to ask for more plates to enjoy our new year dinner. Footstool for chair or anthr 2 seater would have been more comfortable for watching TV

The property was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and in an excellent location. We had booked a one bedroom apartment but - due to essential maintenance - the team at Tay Apartments kindly upgraded us to the two bedroom apartment in the same block. Having two bedrooms and the extra space made the stay even more useful and enjoyable!

The location of the property was amazing and was very comfortable

Unfortunately the place was very dirty, there were food marks all up the cupboards and food all through the long haired mat (highly recommend not having a long haired mat in a holiday apartment), the dishes and utensils were also very dirty and so was the kitchen floor. i had to clean the cupboard and utensils myself to feel comfortable using them

Excellent location and very quiet for being in a city.

One or two of the kitchen appliances need upgrading but overall no issues

The apartment was lovely - towels and toiletries were extra special, from white company so they smelt amazing! Beds were comfortable and great pillows and which is a real bonus. Was really happy they were able to set up a twin room as well as a double for my two girls - kept them happy to have their own bed.

I do yoga every morning and when I moved the rug slightly to do this, there were quite a few crumbs and a mark on the carpet underneath. Overall I think the carpets could have done with a better clean but this could have been due to the Henry Hoover as they are not the best - a more powerful hoover would be recommend. Although this wouldn’t deter us from staying here again.

Great location overlooking the Inch. Comfortable beds.

The main bathroom smelled very strongly of damp. The second bedroom window was wide open on arrival. I assume to disperse the smell.The room was freezing to sleep in that night. There was only enough plates, cups, cutlery for four. We were a couple but had to keep washing the dishes. We bought our own dishwasher tablets. The wardrobes had only one strong hanger and lots of children's hangers. We bought our own and took them home after use. We also purchased a neutradol air freshener for the damp smelling bathroom which didn't help?

property was lovely, clean & warm. Good information at hand on how to use appliances etc. Needed advice on the the door code which was dealt with promptly in a friendly professional manner. 10 out of 10 for customer service.

Had a bit of an issue with closing & opening the window shutters. curtains caught onto them.

Great location, clean, tidy. Staff were very helpful when we had an access issue.

Entry keypad stopped working on Saturday. Could not get back into flat until this was fixed by electrician. Noisy, uncourteous neighbours in apartment above until midnight (quiet after that though).

The apartment was so close to the town ..the apartment was very modern and was perfect for me and the Mrs for her birthday But Sunday night in Perth is very quiet compared to glasgow
