The breakfast was amazing......the fruit dish was so refreshing and welcome. It was super to have the lovely comfy chairs in the room. All the little touches and details were superb! Like sweeties on every landing and mince pies on arrival and real milk for tea.

Everything was superb. I can't find anything that I didn't like!

The host was really kind and helpful. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend it, and I would choose it again!

Brilliant location. Very clean, spacious room full of character. Perth and the surroundings charming and plenty to do and see. Breakfast excellent and dutifully served by David

The room was beautiful and the attention to detail was first class. Comfortable big super king size bed which was made even more comfortable with soft pillows. The wooden shutters on the windows made sure no light came through which made the stay even better. The cooked breakfast was out this world and the service from David matched it. Can't wait to come and stay again.

Guests in the room above were quite noisy early on in the morning which woke us up but having the wooden shutters keeping out the sunshine made us fall back asleep.

Everything about this place was good it was quirky and very clean could not find one fault great value for money .the tea and coffee in the room was the best iI have ever found in a guest house..

Great breakfast, good location to visit Branklyn Gardens, Black Watch castle & museum the city and restaurants. Short walk to river Tay where you could stroll north to town.

We loved everything about The Townhouse. The owners were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Our rooms were magnificent with wonderful views over the park and every detail was thought through. The breakfasts were simply the best we have ever eaten in all our extensive travels. Thank you David and Laurent for an amazing stay in Perth.

It was more than perfect

Where to start, from David meeting us the door on arrival till we left I felt the whole stay was excellent. The extra touches like the homemade scones, jam and fresh milk were very much appreciated. The breakfast was fantastic and the rooms were lovey in décor and comfort as was the whole house. Worth going back to Perth just to stay there.

Wonderful property, beautiful rooms ( 1 upgraded which was amazing), delicious breakfast & lovely hosts. Ideal location in the centre of Perth and near the station. Gorgeous view of the park - we’ve already booked another stay!

Very convenient location. Lots of thoughtful and imaginative touches and a welcoming host.

Townhouse is run by David who was very welcoming from the off. He clearly puts customer service and experience at the forefront of everything he does. The accommodation itself is lovely. Extremely comfortable and clean. On arrival there were fresh scones along with coffee and tea. Breakfast was delicious with amble to choose from. David cooks everything fresh from an adjacent kitchen. Something that really struck me about Townhouse was the homely feeling it has. Can’t recommend enough.

Lovely attention to detail. Luxurious, comfortable and relaxing. We just stayed for one night but thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

The room was beautifully furnished With lovely views overlooking the front garden and large park across the road.

There was no bath, but the shower is of very high quality.

Our host David was very welcoming and had provided scones, jam & cream on our arrival. There were many thoughtful extras provided. Breakfast was excellent with a varied menu and the location was very central.
