Great views and location.

Poor management and staff is unfriendly. We waited 3 hours to check in due to no electricity but staff didn’t even offer water or snacks or light up the candle when the building is dark. Check out was horrible, staff got confused whether and forget to collect payment online via booking.com so they asked us to pay cash at checkout leaving guess thinking we might have got charged twice.

The view from the hotel was amazing! It's a beautiful building and the Lao food at the restaurant was very good. It is very centrally located and next to a nice cafe. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

The stay was amazing until when we checked out and they charged $10 for a hand towel... we did a hike on a muddy terrain and the towel got dirty, which we felt sorry for, but otherwise we would have made the room muddy all over. We were ready to pay for it but didn't expect $10!! It kind of ruined the whole experience unfortunately. The pool could have been better designed but we were happy about everything else.

The breakfast could be better, the fried eggs were cold. No muesli. Coffee could be better too.

Very noisy, unfortunately, large groups of people at breakfast (7am), on the terrace, ie under our window ... and again at dinner and until late Food ok-ish

Great view of the river outside by the pool, and the staff were very nice.

No towel racks in the double rooms, and the rectangular shaped light on the ceiling malfunctioned and came on in the middle of the night.

Beautiful hotel, superb view from the balcony overlooking the river and karst mountain! Very comfortable super single bed and pillows. Friendly and efficient front hotel staff. Nice ambience overall.

Breakfast were rather disappointing for such a beautiful restaurant - limited choices and not much options for vegetarian. Don't bother dining in here for lunch / dinner as there are other much better selections outside the hotel all within walking distance.
