Firstly, upon arrival, the apartment was not ready. I was informed that it would take an additional hour for them to clean it. This delay was quite inconvenient and not the best way to start a short trip. The apartment also had a terrible smell of ego, which made the initial experience quite unpleasant. I tried to communicate this issue to the staff, but due to a language barrier, it was challenging to convey my concerns effectively. On the day of check-out, my flight was scheduled for the evening, but the check-out time was at 11 a.m. I inquired about the possibility of storing our luggage, but the staff directed me to contact Olala support. Unfortunately, Olala's response was delayed, and I had to carry all my bags around for the entire day, which was not ideal for my travel plans. Another significant issue was the lack of internet access during the majority of our 4-day stay. Internet connectivity is crucial for travelers, as it's essential for organizing and navigating a trip. Not having access to the internet for three out of the four days was a significant inconvenience. Overall, my experience with this apartment rental was far from satisfactory. The delayed check-in, the language barrier, the lack of luggage storage options, and the extended period without internet access all contributed to my disappointment. These issues significantly impacted my trip, and I would hesitate to recommend this apartment to fellow travelers.

Very disappointed , the whole house feels like a secret room Feel not good , Will never recommend this room. When we booked here, there was a balcony, but in reality there is no one, and it doesn't look like it was seen on the website. Moreover, the washing machine is stored in the elevator shaft, and all the doors will make loud noises when they are opened and closed. What's more, we have tried four power outages within two days. This is the worst accommodation experience I have ever had in my life. If you can give negative points, I will definitely give negative one hundred points When use wash machine open doors, so many small mosquitoes flew through the door. Bit my kids (picture)

First, the taxi driver did not want to takes us to this place, after few more tries, we were able to get a taxi to drives us there!!! Once in the location, the “receptionist” said she did not worked for the company, yet she had access to all my information. This place its a scam, since the people that “works” there claimed not to be the employees., even thought, they were wearing shirts with the company logo!! The experience and the ambient was weird.! I don't recommend this place, especially if you are traveling with children I hope #booking stops dealing with companies like this

I do not recommend at all. 1-The key system is very bad. We were stuck for almost 3 hours, from midnight to 3am with 2 kids. As compensation we got few bucks. Which is very very cheaapp 2-There is no custumer service on the premises and u can only chat through wassup and that takes long time before u get an answer. 3-We almost didn’t sleep. A lot. A lot. A lot of noise. A lot of young pple coming and leaving from midnight untill 6am…

Comfy and spacious apartment. All appliances in good working order. Small but perfectly formed balcony space.

A little too far out of the city for my preference. Short walk to the metro, close to a supermarket but not much going on locally.

we were promised a balcony outside but we ended up with a porch inside an elevator shaft.

The customer service was good. We could reach the customer call center whenever we want.

The sink in the kitchen and bathroom was clogged, and the kitchen ventilator was broken. We could not wash veges or fruit in the kitchen sink, and it makes us eat poor food for more than 3 days. Not only about the kitchen, the bathroom sink was also clogged, so we had to brush the teeth in front of the toilet. I asked appropriate compensation but they didn't reply about this. I will never stay here again. Also, I could literally hear every sound from the upstairs and the eleclvator. I'm not overreacting. I literally could hear some guy peeing inside of his bathroom upstair.

Teo separate bedrooms and equiped kitchen. Balcony for vine evenings awesome.

Good communication from the owner. He would make sure that our stay is comfortable and asked us every day if we needed anything.

I did like nothing about the property.

The room was almost at ground level, so you can hear the traffic and people walking by at night. Also, you could hear the people in the adjacent apartment, not just talking but even when they open the wardrobes. Smell in the bathroom. Vent in the bathroom failling all the time, and as a result, cold wind was getting into the bathroom. The other bedroom was an internal bedroom with a door and a window to a small inner patio where the lift was fitted. There were no shutters or blinds. As a result, the light was getting into the bedroom, and the noise of the elevator was substantial. Finally, the price advertised did NOT include taxes (even though it said the taxes were included). If you travel for business reasons and the company is to pay for the apartment, you need the taxes to be included in the receipt. This means that the actual price you finally pay is higher that the one advertised.
