Lovely large room with four poster bed. Nice toiletries provided. Friendly staff. Fabulous food.

Clean, good wifi, big size, all cooking possibilities were on place, comfy beds.

Location is fairly far from the center and the coast, but the price was lower than others

A comfortable and well equipped apartment very well situated for sightseeing and shopping. Just a few minutes walk from the mall and bus station. The downside is that it can be incredibly noisy, with the workshop below and the loud neighbours upstairs. Wi fi signal is very weak. Be aware that the internet based access system can be very frustrating.

The Host doesnt speak english, which is okay but we didnt had time to translate or to ask questions because the host left After 30 seconds during the check in, there was no room for Communication. The Apartment looked different than in the pictures. For example the Terrasse was in a courtyard, so u only see the walls and Windows of the neighbours and barely the sky, which was Not in the Description or shown in the pictures. Also the Apartment was advertised as having a city view but the only thing you could see was a dusty and very dirty roof (there was a lot of smelly trash on the roof, which was on the same hide as our window so we had to keep the Windows closed) and unfinished buildings. Also there is a mechanic under the Apartment which makes a lot of Noise in the Morning so u cant sleep in. Regarding the kitchen there was no appropriate knives or cutting boards, also bad pans so That everything burns directly. Also the couch was old and broken, there is no Option to sleep or sit well on it. When we arrived, we had lot of Hairs inside the bed and in the bathroom, it was just not really clean. All in all there were to many things that were Not as expected or described and the advertise isnt transparent about what you really get. Also there is no Safe Parking Space, the ones in the front belong to the mechanics, we had to walk about 10 Minutes to reach our car. The whole house was protected by cameras that seems to watch every step, which was also not in the Description. There were just to many things that didnt fit the description and made us unsatisfied. On the pictures you can see the „city view“ and our Patio.

Very very clean and well kept appartment.everything you need apart from an oven(has two hob stove) but not a huge problem.very nice staff friendly and helpful. Great area, centrally located ten minute walk, lots of restaurants cheap locally ten minutes walk.good bus connections nearby lots of large supermarkets,friendly locals, lots to see and do around there. You must know some Spanish to survive otherwise it was great.👍👍👍

Just that my room was above the mechanics lol

The apartment was clean, the water pressure was AMAZING and you always had enough hot water. The bed was very comfortable and you had 2 types of pillows to choose from (soft and firm). I liked the part of town in which the apartment was - it felt really safe at all times of the day/night, was quiet, had lots of parking around (though in the evening you'd need to look for around 10 minutes for a spot) and a pharmacy, gas station and Mercadona (grocery store) were all really close!

The wifi wasn't the best, usually I didn't have any signal in the bedroom and even the signal in the living room/kitchen was sometimes not very strong. The couch was pretty "used up", okay for sitting on, but some friends were thinking of joining me on my trip and I don't think that whoever would have slept on the couch would have slept very well.

The accommodation was cozy and offered very easy walking access to the center of the city. Towels and bottles of shampoo and shower gel were included, which made the stay convenient and stress-free. The kitchen offered everything that you might need to make yourself a delicious meal.

Well situated close to the centre of Arrecife, so within walking distance of restaurants. Also close to two large supermarkets.

Street parking could be awkward, but two blocks down there was a large parking area.
