The hotel is absolutely nice,room very clean,staff very helpful and fantastic. We got a very testy breakfast.I highly recomend .Thank you for a lovely time!!!😃

the hotel looks like a real boutique hotel, the attention to detail on the outside and the reception is above expectations. The location is another satisfying aspect, being close to the center and in the middle of the most important tourist objectives.

The rooms, although they look good, still need improvements. Our room overlooked another building, nothing impressive, view to an empty wall. The toilet had water leaks and every time the floater turned on the water in the tank there was a great noice of pressure, which was a huge discomfort at night, so i had to turn off the valve. Breakfast, is missing. It's so low that i can consider it missing. I had a good coffee and an acceptable "banitza" which is a bulgarian pie.

The room was not the same as on the pictures. The dirty sewer pipe is right next to the bedroom wall so I couldn't get any sleep. If that is deluxe double room, It's very disappointing. Also if you want to use hot water you pray that no one else is using it.

Top location. Just at the start if the pedestrian area in the city center, at a walking distance to all major touristic spots. Next to the historic museum and the eco museum /aquarium. Great location for families - 2 kids playgrounds are available within only 100m of the hotel. Plenty of parking places nearby. Late check-in possible. We booked last minute on our way to the hotel and we got confirmation of our special request in no time.
