Uno splendido complesso residenziale di lusso situato direttamente sulla rinomata Bavaro Beach a Punta Cana, famosa per le sue spiagge di sabbia bianca e le acque turchesi. Il nostro condominio ha una vista mozzafiato sull'oceano, sulla spiaggia, sulle piscine e sui giardini. Il nostro patio privato coperto è un luogo perfetto per cenare o semplicemente sedersi e rilassarsi con il caffè del mattino o un cocktail serale.
Stanza Mare è uno sviluppo eccezionale che offre sicurezza in loco 24 ore su 24, ristorante in loco, 1 grande piscina laguna e 1 piscina per bambini, docce esterne, area reception, accesso diretto alla spiaggia con bellissimi palapas coperti e sedie a sdraio esclusivamente per il uso degli ospiti della Stanza Mare.
Amerai la comodità di negozi di alimentari, negozi di articoli da regalo, farmacia, banche, molti ottimi ristoranti di ATM, panetteria, casinò, bar accoglienti, centri benessere, forniture per animali domestici, cambi di denaro e molto altro, il tutto a pochi passi di distanza.

We (husband and 2 boys 10 and 15) really enjoyed our time in the DR. Airport transport was seamless, quick check in, friendly staff, very clean facility. Enjoyed the pool everyday and found the on site restaurant great for lunch and drinks. The apartment was clean and comfortable with ample bedding and towels. kids enjoyed the loft but could see how it would be less ideal for older/bigger people due to stairs/bed size. Had a problem with the ac units going out but was swiftly fixed thanks to Linda. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony true to the photos. A short walk away are plenty of restaurants, shops, pharmacy, ATM, convenience and grocery store. Uber and quick and easy. Very friendly people we enjoyed visiting with. The beach has beautiful sand but was disappointed by the seaweed, smell it caused and dirty water right in front of the Stanza Mare, which we did not swim in. However the entire beach is public so you can walk just a short distance to find cleaner beach and water. As a whole I found this location to not provide a pristine beach if that is what you are looking for I suggest looking elsewhere. The water is murky and not good for swimming/snorkeling unless you take a boat further out. Some harassing especially at the “shopping plaza” but all other times a polite no thank you was adequate to be left in peace. Would not return as too many other islands to explore and disappointed in beach but enjoyed our time here.

For a relaxing down south vacation this ticked all the boxes...it was everything the pictures showed and the descriptions on line were accurate. With 24/7 security we felt 100% safe. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed We went outside the condo area before dark several times where you can access small gift shops, grocery and liquor stores and everything was just a short walk. For grocery we took Uber to a jumbo grocery store and it had everything we needed.
Our Hosts Lynn and Don we fantastic and we cant wait to go back.

My family and I just returned from a 7-day stay at this beautiful condo in Punta Cana. We absolutely did not want to leave, but as they say, good things sometimes have to come to an end! To begin, the communication from the property managers, Linda and Vicente, was excellent. Prior to our trip, we were sent a welcome packet of information that told us many pieces of helpful information. We chose to have Linda arrange for our airport transportation. Our driver was waiting for us and immediately grabbed all of our luggage to load in the van. It was a short 25 minute ride from the airport to the condo. The driver carried all our luggage for us! Linda greeted us upon arrival to show us around.
As for the condo, we felt it was even better than the photos. The porch overlooking the pool was amazing. It was situated right on a gorgeous beach. You can walk/run for miles along the shoreline! There is a pool bar and eatery that is just for Stanza Mare residents/ renters right along side of the pool. Great drinks and okay food. It was open 7:00 am-6:00 pm. There were plenty of lounge chairs, tables, and umbrellas available for us to use. At the beach, there were lounge chairs brought out every morning and placed under the thatched roof umbrellas. We did not need to rent a car during our stay. All the local restaurants and shops are just a few blocks from the condo. Water sports and excursions are close by, as well. We will definitely be back! I also loved that we could book Tues-Tues.

Condo complex was extremely nice and clean, with great beach and pool area. Was a little disappointed in sleeping arrangements for 4 adults. Upstairs loft was difficult to access with spiral staircase and not very private. Bathroom for loft area was on first floor. But, who goes to Punta Cana to stay in room?
Surrounding area had lots of restaurants, etc. Information provided at check-in was most helpful. Airport pick-up and return was flawless.

The condo was perfect for our family holiday. Having a separate sleeping area in the loft with twin beds made the condo especially suited for our two kids. The pool and direct access to the beach was also a big bonus as we saw several other condos where the residents had to walk to the beach. The arrival experience was excellent as Linda provided us with all the information we needed for our stay and was available on site for any questions. We arranged for airport pickup and drop off which was very convenient. We tried several local restaurants which were within easy waking distance and the small grocery store provided everything we needed for our stay. We even had a friendly fruit vendor that was parked on the street to provide delicious local fruit at a very reasonable price. We arranged surfing at Macao beach through Punta Cana Surf Adventures and we would highly recommend them to anyone interested in trying surfing. Overall the stay was excellent and we would recommend this condo for others looking to enjoy DR. The one drawback was that the area surrounding the condo is quite loud, dirty and busy, especially during rush hour. A few times we felt unsafe while walking to dinner as cars and mopeds were speeding by us on the very narrow sidewalk. Visitors should also be aware that as soon as they step on any beach or street they will pounced upon by vendors of all kinds which gets tiresome. Linda was very good at warning us to be wary of people selling excursions.

We just spent a week at the unit (6/10 - 6/17, 2023) and had a wonderful experience.
The view was as advertised. We enjoyed a beverage on the patio every evening.
I walked (to the right) on the beach each morning at 6am and felt very safe.
Plenty of restaurants in the area of lunch or dinner. We ate breakfast and lunch in the room (simple sandwiches), and enjoyed a nice dinner. Walking on the streets to restaurants save a great deal of $$ over the beachfront restaurants.
Unless you plan to cook full meals in the unit you do not need a grocery store stop @ the Jumbo market. We found the little shop around the corner from the unit had all that we needed.
LVR arranged several excursions for us and each was a delight.
Onsite restaurant had rave reviews from others. We found it to be "okay" not great. This could be b/c not in season.
Check-in with LVR was great. Going to the complex office on Sunday to get our wristbands not as great of an experience. The person was 30 minutes late opening and only opened after some one went to the restaurant and basically dragged her back. She was chatting with her friend - we had breakfast there and saw her although at the time we did not know she should be in front office.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay in this lovely condo unit, # G405!! It was exactly what we wanted -- a nice quiet place on the beach and within walking distance of all necessary shopping and great restaurants. The onsite poolside restaurant is perfect for breakfast or lunch (closes at 6pm) and there are several really good restaurants close by for evening dinners. The beach is amazingly beautiful! The large pool -- which is open until 10pm -- is also wonderful. We had a few tranquil nighttime swims. The managers, Linda and Vincent, live onsite and are amazing with communication and making sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! Highly recommend staying here for a memorable Caribbean beach vacation!

This condo was amazing! Clean , well kept, amazing staff. Linda was always there to help with questions. She was very personable, helpful, knowledgeable, understanding and friendly! The beach and pools were awesome and beautiful! It was a wonderful vacation and the unit was very nice and well equipped. We will be returning every year if possible. Thanks Stanza Mare and of course Linda!

Our stay at Stanza Mare was fantastic. Linda was easy to work with and super helpful with any questions we had had throughout the week. Property was beautifully located with regard to beach access and allowed us to experience much of the local life. Several fantastic restaurants to choose from that met somewhat complicated dining requirements.

Perfect for 2 adults but not so great for 4 due to very low ceilings in the loft. Difficult to walk in most of the area without hitting your head and the bathroom is downstairs so that means ambulating a spiral staircase in the night for bathroom use. Also, you do not have a W&D and need to rely on a laundress to do your clothes. The cost was about $8.00 for med. size plastic bag plus tip.
Future visit would have to be as a solo

Otherwise, a beautiful , well furnished little apt with everything one needs to enjoy their vacation. Comfortable beds , gorgeous lanai and View, spectacular well maintained facilities, great grocer very nearby and a myriad of great restaurants all within walking distance. We had a beautiful view .Close walk to restaurants pharmacy and Small store with groceries .We loved Kats . We ate breakfast there everyday .Security was great .We felt safe the entire stay .

Stanza Mare Condominium Property is very nice and well maintained. G405 was just as pictured. Nice pool and ocean view - close to beach clubs and restaurants. The beach was amazing, ocean temps perfecto and so clear. Plan to come back next year and beyond.

Nicely decorated, well furnished, view and property are as advertised, on site amenities are very nice, private campus and beach - we would do it again. Property managers were very accommodating.

Travelers unfamiliar with the area should note that this is a busy beach— with lots of party boats coming and going, music, activity, etc. (If you want a quiet, desert isle beach experience, you should look elsewhere.) Convenient location within easy walk of many good restaurants. Linda and Vincente, who manage the property, were wonderful— and their little Maltese Lulu was a sweetheart. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic!
We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this property. It was the perfect blend of quiet with some local attractions available. Great beach and pool, with chairs and palapas always available. Private Security was excellent keeping non guests out. The Condo was well maintained, clean and nicely decorated. The veranda was amazing with shade throughout the day! Linda was great and we recommend this property 100%.

Beautiful Condo on beach
We wanted to compliment Linda and Vincent for their help making our stay great at this condo. The reality of the property is exactly what you see in the photos. We felt safe the entire time, the property grounds were maintained daily, the beach was great and everything in the condo was in working order. My only caution is that this is an active condo group so some units may be doing repairs during the day and making some noise, but always during day hours. Would definitely stay again and plan on doing so.

Spacious, modern and comfortable place VERY close to the beach
We felt very "at home" in this condo, it had everything we needed and the hostess was excellent! Only warning, if you can't handle 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) this might not be your "ideal" location. 3 Minute walk across the pool/restaurant to the beach. Wouldn't recommend the restaurant in the complex but there are MANY good eating locations within a 5-10 min walk. The beach restaurant nextdoor on the right, "Soles", was excellent!

I’ve been to this property twice now and would definitely recommend it! Great hosts and awesome location. Stayed with kids and they had a great time. Very clean. Pool is great.

Stanza Mir Bldg G 405
We couldn't have asked for a better set up in our 4th floor condo. The view from the outdoor patio overlooking the pool was spectacular and we spent a lot of time out there. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything necessary to cook a wonderful meal or mix tasty drinks as well. Better yet our hosts Vincente and Linda were the best and so accommodating for us. I know we've made life long friends.
