O quarto é muito confortável, tem uma janela enorme, a cama é muito boa. O banheiro é grande e excelente e o chuveiro permite um bom relaxamento para dormir ou começar o dia. O local é silencioso e permite um bom descanso. O café da manhã é bom.

مافيه خدمة ركن السيارات ودها بنفسك ! المواقف مافيه خارجية لازم انزل الباركنق شوي كتمه وريحه وصغيرة بس مجرد ماتدخل الاوتيل خلاص

أعجبني نظافة الفندق و الرائحة الجميلة في الممرات. هناك اهتمام عالي بالنظافة والرائحة الطيبة بحيث يتم تنظيف الغرفة لنا يومياً بعد خروجنا حتى بدون طلب منا.

لم يعجبني الشاور..رأس الدش يضخ مياه بشكل قوي ولكن أشكال الضخ فيه ليست بالشكل المطلوب. ولم يعجبني خدمة الغرف بحيث طلبت من المطعم عبر هاتف الغرفة إحضار صحون وملاعق ولكن لم يتم إحضار الطلب أبداً.

الطاقم تعامله سيء، "الابتسامه سنه"!

The location was nice, just across a huge mall, very convenient if you're traveling with kids. There are also many restaurants around so you can choose between a good variety

The facilities were not the expected for a Hilton brand hotel, the windows glasses were very dirty, and flies flying around and walking on the breakfast buffet. You could also hear the cars on the road at night (poor noise isolation)

Easy to stay in

Alles gaat goed in het hotel. Mooi, schoon en goed. Wat wil je nog meer?

Ik heb een keer de tender loin steak (red) besteld, dat was een tegenvaller. Het vlees was flinterdun en volledig doorbakken als een schoenzool. Zonde.

Nothing.

There are no groceries around the area, lack of restaurants and on top hotel restaurant is way too expensive with very limited food choices, breakfast was not great and elevators breakdown suddenly and if you ask them to help, they refuse, and I was asked to carry my bags from Mezzanine floor to second basement. Parking is very tight and hideous. MOST IMPORTANTLY, I forgot my Ipad charger there while checkout and stayed there for breakfast, I was in the hotel for at least more than an hour and they were not courteous enough to call me and handover my charger. I know it is my mistake that I forgot but things happen when you are in rush on a business trip and they always send their staff to check if the room is ok, how come staff did not report a charger there. My experience was really bad and also when they denied me the help to carry my bags to go to basement 2, I saw one Saudi having a hotel staff carrying his bags to the same basement, I think this kind of racial profiling should not be done by the hotel.

المكان نظيف هادي وجميل وقريب من الظهران مول ومنطقة العليا اغلب الخدمات قريبه ومتوفره

The property was new, clean & very quiet. It was full but not noisy. The whole staff were v friendy , cheerful & helpful

The Staff was very friendly and cheerful, we were 4 guests for 4 rooms and they tried to engage us in a conversation to pass the time for check in, then the rooms were clean and tidy we had no chance to try the breakfast but every thing else was great i am for sure coming back!

nothing could not find a mistake in the property!

I booked a certain date and u requested to change before 4 days from arrival they did not respond, I called and they said will respond and they did , so I booked extra night that I didn't need
