It is very conveniently located, within a waking distance from Sunway Pyramid which is one of the biggest Mall in Malaysia, plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, quite and peaceful, it has all the facilities which one could think of, Highly recommended

we had a very pleasant stay and there are no negatives to mention.

Let’s start with the owner. As of my first impression of the owner, I felt he was quite sarcastic and audacious. Mr.Syed had a small talk with me whereby he asked lot of personal questions which was unnecessary for one to ask when he/she is meeting someone for the very first time. Second thing, Mr.Syed gave me a list of things to do and don’t. Mr.Syed asked me to keep the house as the way it is and he literally told make our beds before we go and leave the towels on the table before we head out. I was thinking if the owner said make sure you keep the property clean which would have been fair but not asking to literally clean on behalf of him. Then, why is he providing a place for Homestay? That’s Mr Syed’s job right? I still said okay. After showing the house around, he sat on a chair comfortably and asked me for deposit (RM100) in a very audacious manner. I understand it’s your Homestay, Mr.Syed but you sir need show some respect because we are paying for the place. The first room’s bed came off. When we opened the curtains, they came off. The shower knob came off. Is this the kind of facilities that you provide, Mr.Syed? You said the place is clean and keep it clean sir but the third room literally had spider webs and so dusty. Your toilet was so dirty as well as the wash basin. I could see the black dirt everywhere. You must keep the house spick and span before you expect your guests to keep such way. The next day, we made our beds, left the place house it was and we even wiped the tables and arranged everything. When Mr Syed entered, he told my brother in law that “Saya bagi rumah Hari itu bersih tapi sekarang rumah dah kotor. Mana tuala 2 lagi?” with a rude tone. Is this how you talk to your guests, Mr.Syed? No wonder my brother in law got angry and scolded you back. I’ve stayed on so many Homestays. None of them talked to us like this. Guys, for your information, we left the place clean. He still had the audacity to say that we left the house dirty.
