Questa affascinante e ben attrezzata casa di 6 stanze si trova su una collina con un cortile e 2 ponti. Ha pavimenti in legno massello e ventilatori a soffitto in tutto. Nuovi arredi completano la cucina aperta di questa casa luminosa e allegra. Il primo piano ha un soggiorno, sala da pranzo, bagno e solarium con divano letto pieno e armadio. Al piano superiore ci sono 2 camere da letto soleggiate e un bel bagno completo. Goditi gli splendidi tramonti e le sbirciate stagionali del Cape Cod Canal mentre ti rilassi sul grande ponte superiore che si affaccia su un ponte in mogano inferiore e un ampio cortile o siediti sulla veranda per una vista diversa. Passeggia al Canale di Cape Cod e prendi i frutti di mare direttamente dalla barca, o cammina verso la spiaggia di Horizon, Town Neck Beach, Sandwich Boardwalk e Historic Village. This is a beautiful home with all the amenities you could want. It is walking distance to fabulous restaurants, breath taking marina and a bike/walking path on the Cape Cod canal. We have booked this home 3 years in a row and next year will be #4.

We had a very relaxing stay at this classic Cape home. 1/2 mile to beach, coffee, bakeries, seafood, and in a beautiful quiet town. Loved the Treehouse bar overlooking the water, amazing beers, cocktails (and huge pizza for $20!)
Sherri was such an accomodating host and very easy to reach with any questions. The home has all the amenities listed on the site, and a very well stocked and clean functional kitchen.
Lots of spaces, for alone time and gathering time too. We had good adult bonding time with our daughters. Will hopefully return again next year! Thank you Sherri and Dave!

We spent a week at this property in Sandwich. Communication with the owner was excellent and the house was as expected. It was in an ideal location and you were able to walk to a number of restaurants and the marina . It was in a quiet location and whilst near to the train line, this didn’t bother us at all.
The kitchen was well stocked (and we even found a kettle). WiFi was good and access to Netflix, prime etc. There was plenty of space for 3 adults. The washing machine and tumble dryer were in the basement and for those with mobility issues worth noting.
The house was very warm (but I think we had been very lucky with the weather). The air conditioning units in the rooms where they were available worked well.
My only niggle. Whilst on the surface, the house was clean so bedrooms, bathrooms etc were fine. There were some areas such as window frames that perhaps need a clean and a lick of paint and perhaps a bit of maintenance.
As a base for exploring Cape Cod it was ideal (highly recommend downloading the audio tour around the cod). Make sure you visit the local ice cream shop. As it was delicious.

Proximity to all the amenities in walking distance…..canal, marina, restaurants, beach, fishing and bike/ walking path.
An air conditioning unit would be desirable on the first floor.
House was tastefully decorated and had 4 large TV’s, two beautiful decks. We had a wonderful time.

The house was listed accurately and is in a great location. Close to everything you would want to do on vacation. The communication was perfect I would definitely recommend this property any day. I look forward to staying again.

Super Sandwich Getaway
Location! Location! Location! Lots to do in that area. Walk to very good restaurants and nice beach. The house is immaculate . Truly enjoyed the 2 decks plus the room off the kitchen with large windows - always a lovely breeze. Fully stocked kitchen and washer /dryer made our stay a true pleasure. Will be back soon!

Perfect location
The location of this property is amazing! The neighborhood is perfect for walking/running, quiet in the am and evening, close to the beach, several restaurants, ice cream, and coffee. The house was just right for our family of 4. The AC in the bedrooms is great! It did get warm on the main level of the home, but there is ample outdoor space for dining and sitting, where the cape cod weather is just right! Overall, our family would come back to this spot in a heartbeat and will definitely recommend it to family and friends! Thank you David and Sherri.

East Sandwich Getaway
My husband and I enjoyed our week in East Sandwich. This 2 bedroom Cape worked out perfectly for us, my daughter and her husband while traveling to New England for a family event. The property is clean, well equipped, nicely decorated and in a beautiful neighborhood. Located within 15 minutes to the bridges, it was convenient for us to visit family in RI and enjoy what the Cape has to offer. The property is within walking distance to the Marina, restaurants, Cape Cod canal and the town beach. We’d definitely like to stay here again!

Great home and a great location
We had a lovely week at Sherri and David's home in Sandwich. The house was adorable. Very comfortable, and I thought that the photos actually didn't do it justice. It was nice to have window AC units in the bedrooms for comfortable sleeping, and there were plenty of ceiling fans and cross breezes to keep us comfortable during a heatwave. The beach was just up the road, as were several fantastic seafood restaurants. We rented a bicycle from Rideaway Adventures around the corner so we could bike the canal bike trail.
Great communication from the property owners throughout the experience. We had a hurricane threat during our visit, so we were in frequent communication. I would definitely come back to this property again!

Perfect Sandwich Location
This was our family's first time staying in Sandwich and we absolutely loved it! We stayed the week of 8/14/21. First of all the house was clean, had a modern kitchen, and had everything we needed. I especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night under the stars. And of course the location could not be better. We rode our bikes to the boardwalk where our kids jumped off into the water. I made 3 trips to Treehouse Brewery which is the best beer in the world (seriously). The bike trail along the canal, Seafood Sams, Shipwreck Ice Cream, Mini Golf, easy on and off the Cape The list goes on and on. The hosts Sherri and David have a great little house in a perfect location. Thank you!

Comfortable and convenient
Nice house very near the Sandwich beach and marina. Quiet neighborhood. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores. Nice beach in Sandwich. Tons of very nice places to walk nearby. The Cape has a lot to offer. If you like to ride bikes, the trail alongside the Cape Cod Canal is only a 2 or 3 minute ride away. Nice place.

Location, location, location
A great time was had at this house. My sister lives nearby but her house isn’t big enough to fit us all. The house was well supplied and accommodating. So close to everything that Sandwich (and surrounding area) has to offer! Would book again.

What a fantastic stay. The house was clean, nicely decorated, great outdoor porches to relax on with a quiet back yard.
So much in walking distance, the beach, canal, GREAT restaurants. I highly recommend this rental. We have stayed at other rentals on the Cape, and this was one of our favorites.

A charming house in a great location on Cape Cod
This house is convenient to everything on Cape Cod as well as to the highways to Boston. Located just one block from the Marina, we could walk to several water front restaurants along the bay and the Cape Cod Canal as well as shopping and the bike path along the Cape Cod canal. Beautiful Town Neck Beach is wonderful especially at low tide and the historic town of Sandwich is very cool. The house had everything we needed. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Das Haus hat Charme, hat aber die besten Zeiten hinter sich. Die Lage ist ganz gut, in Sandwich ist wenig los. Die Betten sind gut, aber ein Holzhaus ist hellhörig. Man kann da ein paar Tage gut relaxen.

Only a 5-10 minute walk to several great restaurants on Cape Cod canal. Beautiful scenery! Walk the canal from the Coast Guard station to railroad bridge. Love this place, wonderful hosts!

Erholsame Woche in Neuengland
Wir haben mit unserer 15 jährigen Tochter eine Woche in Sandwich verbracht und uns super gut erholt. Wir sind jedoch zuvor immer in Florida oder Kalifornien gewesen, und sind daher mehr Rummel gewohnt. Wir danken Sherri und David für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und Ihre offene und zuvorkommende Art. Our Home Away From Home!
This house is Beautiful! it has a great deck and grill for outdoor eating and cooking. A spacious yard filled with beautiful flowering bushes. A kitchen stocked with everything you would ever need. Comfortable beds and very clean! Truly a great place to stay!!!

Our home away from home in Sandwich
We have stayed at this lovely, cozy house 3x now and truly feel like it is our "home away from home" when we visit the Cape. We especially like the sunroom and back porch for relaxing and have happily cooked on the BBQ or in the kitchen with family and friends.
The property is clean and well kept and the owners have always made sure when we arrive that we were satisfied with how we found the propoerty and everything was in good working order.
The house is on a quiet side street and is just a short walk to the beach as well as to a few restaurants. The supermarket and other stores are just a few minutes drive away. It is a great base for exploring the Cape and surrounding areas.

A fantastic house in Cape Cod.
This house was perfect for our week in Sandwich. The house was very clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful garden. The location is great for touring around Cape Cod. There are lots of lovely restaurants nearby. We were given lots of valuable information and recommendations by the owners prior to our arrival. I will have no hesitation in recommending this property to others.
