Sehr sauber und frischer Geruch als wir angekommen sind!
Mein Bett war für meinen Geschmack etwas hart, das ist aber Geschmacksache.

Der Check-In hat reibungslos per Türcode funktioniert. Das Haus und der Hausflur wirkt einladend. Im Flur steht eine Bonbonschale für die Gäste - sehr nette Geste. Der 1. Eindruck der Zimmereinrichtung war gut. Das Zimmer wirkte gemütlich. Es stand ein Fön, ein kleiner Kühlschrank, ein Wasserkocher, je 2 Becher, Gläser und Teelöffel, Kaffeepulver für 1 Tag, Teebeutel, Kaffeesahne und Zucker zur Verfügung. Es gibt nah am Haus gute Bus- und Straßenbahnverbindungen, die einen z.B. schnell nach Bremen bringen.
Es schien, als gab es nach der letzten Buchung keine Grundreinigung, denn der Boden war nicht sauber, unter dem Bett lagen Knabberreste und Papier und unter der WC-Brille lagen dunkle Haare. Die Kopfkissen (40x80 cm) waren viel zu dünn. Unsere Bitte um 2 weitere Kissen (für 3 gebuchte Übernachtungen) wurde leider nicht umgesetzt. Der Kühlschrank war nicht eingeschaltet und roch von den vorherigen Zimmergästen selbst am 3. Tag immer noch sehr intensiv nach Salami. Es schien, als hätte es während des gesamten Aufenthalts keinen " Besuch" des Servicepersonals gegeben, da der Mülleimer nicht einmal während des Aufenthalts entleert wurde.

It was my place to stay for so many times, and always a good place to go again.
Some rooms have a bed under the sloping roof, but that's complaining on a high level.

I resquested date's chance, checking-in on Dec 14 2022 instead of Dec 15 2022 ,despite having availability they declined my request 2 times .I had already paid for the room now I need to work with my bank to get the money back.Even yesterday I've a message that the room was ready and pay them through PayPal, really!! Totally insulted. DO NOT BOOK HIER THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The room was spacious and very clean. Comfy beds and lots of towels. Lots of space for parking. Lovely little card directing us to the local bakery for breakfast (the coffee cart outside the Rolf bakery is excellent too). Fridge was really nice to have too!
The door code panels were a little finicky and the room could have used a bit more furniture like a table and chair for having a snack (in addition to the desk). Curtains were a little thin and with the bright lights outside, the room couldn't be very dark.

Check-in simple. Do not worry ahead - you will receive codes to open doors at the door from the check-in machine. No e-mails ahead are needed.
Spacious parking, spacious room, good size shower.
Nice neighbourhood with a lot of dinning opportunities, tram to Bremen, if needed.
Need more / stronger light in room and bathroom. A bit dark inside.
Strange - bed is wide, but short. For 1.9 meters too short.
Drainage issues in shower. That should be easy fix.
Wifi unreliable. If this is important to you - avoid the place.

Comfortable, clean, and bright rooms. Sofa bed was already set up for my kids.
I wanted to keep the windows open because it is summer but the tram woke me up at night. I was fine after I put in my ear plugs. The liquid soap was empty but they had solid soaps also available.

The room was quiet and comfortable. It was nice to be able to make tea/coffee. The entrance machine worked well.
The shower drain was a bit clogged. But we left a note for the owner, so hopefully he/she fixes it. We payed the full price, even though booking.com advertised a discount :-(

The location is really nice - very quiet and peaceful. It is also close to the tram station if you don't have a car and need/want to get to the city center of Bremen. The check in through the "automat" was pretty easy to do and had no problems with the room access. The room was big enough for 1-2 person(s). It was really clean, comfortable enough, and had most of the things you'd expect from a hotel room.
Check in and check out hours are a bit limiting (check in from 16:00 and check out until 10:00). Other than that, didn't really have anything to dislike.

Very easy to use the automated check-in system. The room was spacious and very clean with all the amenities you would need for an overnight stay. Parking was free and spacious. We also walked about a kilometer to the centre of the town for an evening meal which was good quality. Also chatted to some friendly locals. There were plenty of other places to eat. In the morning we went to the hotel recommended breakfast café. - the breakfast menu was excellent.
Minor point - The sign for the entrance to the hotel when arriving from the south is very easy to miss.

It was clean.
It was hard to come into my room, because the door handle did not work well. Also the other time I wanted to enter the house was difficult, because it was hard to put in the code. The room was on the first floor and the head end of my bed left no really space for my head because of the roof, it was put under. Luckily I just could switch the pillow and cover. The room as well as the bathroom were cold.

Fully automated check-in, I loved it 😁. Although instructions on the door could be a little more clear. But once you get the hang of it...awesome.
