Het was heel erg warm, er was geen airco en de fan werkte nauwelijks

Apartment looks great. It transports you into a different time. Location is absolutely in the center of the town.

The apartment is situated perfectly for a citytrip! The apartments are well isolated: you don't hear the other guests, even though it's in an old building.

The entrance to the apartments is understandably very old, but it's also a bit worn down. That can't be said for the apartment itself though: that's really nice! The airco works well, but it is very noisy.

Perfect location, cute space, right in the middle of everything. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Lots of steps to get to the top apartment but we knew that ahead of time. Communication was great with owner, she was very nice. We would definitely love to stay here again on our next trip!

The bed in the living room , is old and saggy , I got a sore back from it, the front door was hard to open , the stairs and entry very dark and not very “ beauty and the beast “ , run down properly

It was good place!

The staff did prove to be helpful by relocating us to another flat on a lower floor for the second night. This new space was significantly cooler and more pleasing, with larger windows allowing for better ventilation. Despite our initial distress, the responsiveness of the staff and the improved conditions of the second flat helped salvage our experience.

Our first night at the loft-style upper flat was less than comfortable. We checked in late and were greeted with stifling heat which was further exacerbated by an unrelenting, unpleasant odor permeating throughout the space. Attempts to ventilate the room were thwarted by the inadequacy of the two minuscule windows, which proved ineffective at circulating fresh air.

The owner is friendly. room is clean and nice location in the town.

The most we liked the location just a few steps from the city centre. Close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, etc.

A wardrobe would have been nice to have.

The apartment was super cozy, comfy, super well located, felt like home our buddy dog came with us as well.

Wifi didn't really work the entire time. Smell from the shower drain was bad.

Location was very near to Christmas market. Host was very responsive. Brought the washing detergent and extra drying rack when we informed that we were doing our laundry.

Apartment was a little old but it’s clean. A bit of distance to the train station.

Great central location and comfortable modern apartment. Colmar definitely worth a visit and i would book here again for the location.

MANY steps to the loft apartment (should have realised but they were hard for my husband after a knee operation and my 15 year old dog). Last steps are quite steep. Communal entrance and stairs are old and dark and not welcoming. We were in the loft apartment and the smoke alarm was disconnected with wires on display so would have been hard if there had beeen a problem in a half-timbre building.

First the house: it was hard to get in (you need to push exceptionally hard to actually open the door and get into the house), the flat was not the one I thought I had booked from the photos (I was searching for one on the very last floor with no other apartments above and thought this one would be that from the photo and the description) it is also not soundproof at all (which was the main reason we booked the place) and you could hear everything the neighbours were doing, so our dog was very alert and we didn't get much sleep. The kitchen area is functional but tiny and there was no salt and the oil bottle didn't open.

Small improvement for bathroom smell and curtain in bedroom for privacy.

the couch used as bed was really bad and caused back pain also the mattress of the bed was not the best

The location is excellent, you can easily walk to most popular places in Colmar😍 Very clean and cozy place. The building is historical, but inside of the flat is so modern. We love it🤩 Highly recommended!
