Страхотна локация на апартамента, на пешеходно разстояние от Централен плаж Бургас 7-8 мин. Разположен в близост до централна улица, но същевремено тих с гледка към вътрешен двор. Чист, оборудван с всичко необходимо, уютен апартамент. Много любезна домакиня. Добра кабелна тв, без забележки.

Налагаше ми се да работя онлайн и от време на време нямаше добра интернет връзка.

Location

We rent the apartment for a one night stop, part of our Christmas trip. I looked specifically for apartments with a parking spot. Once the booking was non-refundable (the annulation period expired), I have received a message from the owner, that parking spot is not appropriate for high vehicles and jeeps. I drive a small SUV and I thought that it will not be a big issue…ohh boy, was I wrong? While I was struggling to enter my vehicle at the garage, the garage door closed down and smashed my car. The apartment owner suddenly appeared and started to explain that we failed to follow the garage door instructions. In addition to the wonderful experience in this apartment, the air conditioner in the bedroom was not working and we freezed, trying to warm the apartment with the air conditioner in the dining room. When I called the owner, she explained me that it should be fine, because other guests just left the apartment and they did not complain. Anyway, she suggested someone to come check it out but it was already late hours and we had an appointment.

Very clean, had all the amenities we needed and more! Property looks like pictures on the ad. The host was very polite and responsive. The instructions on how to get to the property were very helpful. Everything was in great working order.

Excelent location, right in the center. The parking spot was a big plus. Fully equipped kitchen, great balcony. It is a perfect place to spend a couple of days. We were here off-season, but I believe he location is perfect in summertime as well.

The apartment is in a wonderful location, right off the middle of the pedestrian street. It was perfectly safe and clean. The host met us outside, helped with parking the car, showed us to the apartment, and also came to help us out of the parking space when we were ready to check out. She was quick to respond and very positive. The bathroom was so clean it was shiny. The bed was comfortable. Overall, this apartment has everything a traveler could need. We will definitely stay here again if we end up in Burgas in the future.

Parking in the basement was quite tricky, even with a small car, but our host was extremely helpful, so we were just happy and grateful to have a secure place to park our car.
