I just like the place ,it's a quiet place.The rooms were clean.

I didn't like their Wellcome reception,the time I book they told me that check in time is from 11:30 and I told them I m coming 12pm.To my surprise I check in 12:30 but they were not yet ready with my room.I have to sit more than 30 minutes for them to finish cleaning.Second complain is I have to cut short my stay because my partner was complain about the door,there was a problem with the door.

Staff and comfort

The noise on the other room was too much with loud music.. Owner must have something in place for the noise cause those guyz didn't want to listen to one of the staff when he told them about the noise.Rather than the stay was perfect

Samual the host is excellant. He answered and attended to all our requests and queries promptly.

The customer service from Sam! The bedding was nice and warm. Hot water perfect.

Gardens and braai area amazing and staff very friendly

Drunk and loud clients not been taken care of and also no coffee or tea or sugar and kettle in room and also no breakfast as promised and advertised

the linen was clean and bed comfortable

There was no free private off street parking we could use. toilet didn’t flush without removing top of cistern,electric lights of questionable safety wiring exposed in bathroom, cupboards with doors missing or nearly hanging off.

The manager was very helpful and tried to meet our needs.
