Soggiorno in una delle poche unità in Sunset Vistas con due balconi. Il balcone principale guarda verso il Golfo del Messico con una vista parziale dell'acqua dal quinto piano, e il secondo balcone si apre sul soggiorno con vista sulla baia. Very clean, paint was in good condition. Location to neach very good. Only shortcomings: Bathrooms needing remodeling, outdated, but they were very clean. Furniture needs replacement and needs a recliner. TVs are small but functional. But, besides needing some refreshing, the condo was a 4 out of 5. Would stay again.

Location was excellent, beach was beautiful. Pool area was nice, nothing fancy but seemed well kept. Small bar next to pool, bartender super sweet. Condo had beautiful view of the gulf. The second balcony on the ad is a little misleading as it just overlooks the road and you really cannot see the bay. Master bedroom was nice, comfortable bed. Second room was extremely small, no space to even open a suitcase aside from laying it on the bed. Beach chairs and the four beach towels available were a plus. Condo definitely showing signs of wear, knob to laundry kept falling off, blinds need installed throughout, limited utensils, bed sheets in master were pilling/itchy, and the carpet should be removed from second room. Overall we were happy with our stay and would stay again but do think there is room for small improvements at this unit to make it more comfortable/welcoming. If you tend to be picky, this unit might not be for you.

This place suited our needs, but needs a deep clean and some attention to details. The baseboards, floors, doors and furniture are just dirty and grimy. You can visible see dirt and dust on all the doors, baseboards and floors. There is carpet in the bedrooms which I am just not a fan of at carpet at the beach, but we just wore shoes most of the time.
Upon arrival, the unit smelled like cigarette smoke. We opened the doors to air it out and the smell dissipated after a few hours.
The first few days we heard a random whistling sound. It took a few days, but we discovered it was coming to the sliding glass door that didn't have a tight seal. Anytime the wind would blow you would hear an annoying high pitched whistle.
The property was nice with a pretty courtyard and small green area. The pool was gross. It had a oily film along the top and lots of dirt, leaves and debris floating around.
The company was very communicative and responsive to our needs and quickly came to fix the door once we figure that out.
This place meet our needs and I think with a good deep clean I would stay here again.

The unit was clean and comfortable and was a corner unit as stated in the description. There was limited ocean view.
There was no on-site property manager, which made check in difficult since we arrived late and there was not enough information provided ahead of time. For example, entry through the door to the unit was not by simple key pad, but required additional instructions. There was no info provided for Wi-Fi network and password and no mention of a parking pass for our vehicle. The TV was not set up for use and it took 2-3 days before cable and streaming were working.
While the property management was responsive to questions, their response was often delayed and information not always accurate.

Have stayed her before. Property is nice with a great location. The unit was clean unless you opened the utility closet. The dust was ridiculous and the air filter had not been changed in months! Elevator was out of service on the South side so getting to the room was a pretty long walk. Nice Pool area and Cafe.

Clean unit, well equipped with beach gear to use. We had sink faucet break mid trip and easily contacted maintenance who were friendly and prompt and replaced quickly for us. Beach access is easy and shake shop few feet away is perfect. Only disadvantage is one parking spot for unit. We had 2 vehicles and got a ticket due to lack of guest parking during busy times

Overall, our experience was fair. I would compare the condo to a 2 star hotel, condo building as a whole to a 3 star.
Pro’s - airport transportation, condo cleanliness, beach toys and accessories, proximity to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and shopping, and helpful and responsive resort staff.
Con’s - the furniture and Wi-Fi access were disappointing. The living room furniture and beds were beyond uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi continually drops making streaming tv frustrating. I work remotely and had planned to work some from my there but could not. This unit is right next to the highway so the balcony can be loud from traffic. I didn’t really notice traffic noise when inside the unit.

Condo was clean and in a great location. Right on the beach. We all enjoyed the pool. I liked that there was two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved the place! The host was friendly and always available for questions. The condo had everything we needed and more. Super comfortable beds. Super clean. Loved having a water view from the balcony. Will absolutely be staying there again!

We enjoyed our stay. This property is outdated and needs repairs. Sofa sleeper is almost not usable; if looking to not sleep on springs. There is really no drawer or shelving space (especially in bathrooms) if you want to live outside of the suitcases. However, the location, pool, beach and bar (especially with Ali) are fantastic!

Location and communication was amazing. Check in and out was super easy and plenty of room for our family. Easy walk to the beach. My only complaint was the pull out sofa, it was EXTREMELY uncomfortable,small, and mattress on it seemed pretty old. Other than that it was perfect, great to sleep 4 people but I wouldn’t count on the couch for sleeping.

for the daily rate we expected a little more from property 501S it was the last apartment on the corridor, the furniture is a little worn out in terms of cleaning we had to redo the coffee machine it was not cleaned but overall it was ok

My family and I enjoyed a lovely stay at Sunset Vistas Treasure Island. The facility was clean, close to the beach, and there was a pool and hot tub on the facility. We also enjoyed drinks from the bar that was located a few steps away from the pool.
We had a two bedroom accompanied. One of the bedrooms had a balcony with partial ocean views. There was a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. We had a dedicated parking spot.
The management was professional and courteous. The checkin and checkout was very easy. Management promptly answered any questions that we had.
We loved this place!

Our family of 4 stayed here very comfortably 5 nights. Great view of the gulf from balcony! Just steps to the beach. A short 10 plus minute walk to John’s Pass. Easy to get an Uber for longer trips such as to airport or St. Pete. Would definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit is at the very back of the building with a second (small) balcony overlooking Gulf Blvd. The extra light that poured into the unit from this dining room slider was wonderful.
The main balcony faces south east so it has a pleasant (although distant) view of the ocean…but you will have to go to the beach to see the sunset. We enjoyed the sun on the balcony for several hours each day.
The master bedroom was adequate but had very little drawer space. The bed was comfortable. The second bedroom is tiny. Hardly room to get around the bed and the window is right on the outdoor hallway so no possibility of open curtain or open window. The bed was comfortable.
The second bathroom opens right into the kitchen.
The livingroom furniture is rather tired.
The kitchen was well stocked.
We really appreciated the prompt replies and service we received from the property manager.
The two pools on the property were very nice and the courtyard was lovely. We loved the beach access directly from the property.

We had a great time….the decor and appliances were alittle outdated….the fridge had some visible big rust stains and our outlet plug in the bathroom blew up. There was sand all over the floor when we first checked in so we made a phone call and they came and cleaned it up. The overall experience was great but the fact that we paid $150 for the cleaning fee was kind of an afterthought I guess. We would definitely stay again we were just hope that it would be a little bit cleaner the next time. Thank you

The room could have been cleaner, and the dishwasher and dryer need some repair, but all in all pretty nice. The management company had great customer service to compensate for any problems or issues that we had.
