Unikt hotell, i et vakkert hus, store rom, trivelige betjening en flott beliggenhet i Ronda

Location was fantastic. Literally everything was close by. Shower pressure great. Beds, pillows and bed linen excellent. Staff were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so warm and friendly. Taxi service that the hotel arrange is great - absolute gentleman. There is the quaintest little cinema there also - just darling.

Nothing... Loved it all. One suggestion is that the bodega wine cellar would make a fabulous bar if the hotel wanted. Bags of charm.

Me gustó mucho la edificación, es muy bella. Las habitaciones también lo son. Además son muy limpias, con un óptimo espacio. Y la localización es estupenda.

Excelente trato del personal, todos muy amables. Nos ubicaron en una habitación mejor que la que habíamos reservado. El hotel encantador, acogedor, con mucho gusto, familiar....Excelente ubicación para llegar caminando a todos los sitios singulares de Ronda. ¡Repetiremos!

What a gem of a place, just charming and very historical! Our room had a little terrace that looked over a courtyard with a fountain. Parking was easy, we dropped off our bags and were given clear instructions on where and how to park just 5 min away. The gorge and bridge were an easy 2 min walk away. Absolutely perfect location.

The floors of our room had not been cleaned or even swept. Otherwise it would be been near perfect.

It was absolutely beautiful hotel. I liked everything. The location , room, staff.

Beetje vreemd dat het bed niet was opgemaakt Het ontbijt op zich was prima. Maar niet duidelijk of we nu nog meer koffie konden krijgen

The breakfast room is very small so you need to choose a time slot in advance. Would be nice if they opened up the patio for breakfast.

This property is lovely! The hotel is well located to Ronda centre and it is very clean, and quiet. The cleaning staff were always friendly and kind as were the two women who worked in the front office. Unfortunately, we didn’t get their names but they were extremely helpful and accommodating. We appreciated their lovely smiles and greetings. Our only recommendation might be to offer the 2 male staff who work in the front office a higher level of guest services training as they were much less friendly and were often busy on their phones/computer and were less than attentive in acknowledging guests.

A cozy and perfect location to explore the town with a very friendly staff.

The only point to improve is the quality of the breakfast. It doesn't match the other good aspects of the hotel. A good coffee machine is a must.

Gorgeous building and furnishings, rooms well equipped with all the details a traveler needs - hooks, plug-ins, lighting options, stellar shower, big closets, excellent price for our budget. Perfect location to everything. Great parking price compared to Seville. Staff was amazing and super helpful.

Excellent location for visiting the old town

Had a problem with the heating, the air con was not blowing heat which made it uncomfortable as Ronda is very cold this time of the year.
