Luxurious hotel which exceeded all expectations, offering a perfect blend of relaxation, amenities and comfort. The warm and attentive staff, especially during breakfast went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The receptionists were also generous and had upgraded us to a wonderful Sea-view room, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Even though we visited during the winter period, they had an outdoor heated swimming pool functioning with amazing view of the sea (infinity pool).

Just that we visited during the winter period, so could not enjoy the private beach which is closed during winter. Breakfast could have more variety, especially hot food or vegetables and salad (during our stay they served only paprika and cherry tomatoes).

Very clean . Guys on the door were very nice , smily and helpful all day long . The view is magnificent! The room size was very good . Extremely comfy bed . Excellent location near the center for rapallo and 10 min drive to santa margarita

All I have to say is Wow! This hotel is dreamy. Very unique decoration and historic place. Breath taking views. This hotel exceeded our expectations. I definitely recommend this hotel. I can not wait until we come back.

We have to wait for about 15 to 20 min while fried eggs or omelette are ready. The worst is that we were not able to get a taxi to the train station, however this is because of the D&G party in Portofino day before. but keep that in mind, we run to the station to get our train on time

Hotel with great potential but the staff is lackadaisical. The breakfast was very good. The view spectacular and a good location since it is near but not in Portofino. Rapallo is a great little town to explore and more authentic than Portofino which is overrun with tourists.

No Sunday laundry service. Pool and deck area too small for size of hotel.

Waking up with an amazing view of the ocean and having breakfast on the balcony is sublime.

The heated outdoor pool is a bit small. Jacuzzi closes at 4pm, which seems a bit early.

Lots of construction happening in the pool/spa area making it a little unpleasant at the pool area. Rooms are a bit dated but it added to the quirky style of the hotel.
