Excellent location on water front, very helpful staff, very good buffet breakfast. Good choice of restaurants along the water front and the hotel has its own restaurant. Hotel located in centre of town. Hotel has reserved parking spots along water front opposite the hotel entrance which are free.

Rooms are small. Nearest Electric Vehicle charging facility available at unattended parking lot at the train station. Charging process tedious requires downloading Electric Charging provider D-Mobility app to facilitate payment and electric charging.

The location.

It was super dusty, we stayed 4 nights and we never got changed the bed sheets, not even cleaned the room. All that was done was removing the rubbish and replacing the towels. We asked few times the staff to clean the room and only after complaining a lot the room was cleaned once and the sheets changed (to all stained). With two little kids that spend most of their time playing on the floor it was horrible experience and the staff was only apologizing without doing anything.

The location is great, beach front, 5 minutes walking from Rapallo train station. the view is wonderful the room is spacious and clean.

For the money we paid in December which is an extra season we expected at least slippers maybe a bathrobe. our room was strange as furniture placement since the space was generous. we had a triple and the third bed was a extensible bed, not so comfortable, crowded in the room; from the main bed you can see the entrance door which had a mirror on it - and since the door was not lightproof the outside hallway light is visible all night long. also the fire-alarm led is lighting at each 3 seconds ( our recommendation: the bed must be repositioned on the front wall and the room will be more comfortable - taking in consideration that some of us have a light sleeping and no eye mask). The breakfast has no variety but is ok ( no vegetables besides some tomatoes, mostly croissants, boiled eggs, cereals and a couple of cheese and salami type) - this is not a negative review is something for improvement ☺️

Perfectly placed on the seafront and just at the edge of the town. Fabulous and full of character.

It’s on street parking which is very busy. Also, not linked to the hotel, be prepared to pay for your beach visit as almost all of them are private.

Location was nice, very close to train and water. We had a room that was at rear of hotel. We did not eat breakfast there. We had inquired about scaffolding previously and were told it would be all removed by the 25th of the month but it was still up on the 29th.

We had asked for the “airport shuttle” when we booked the reservation, it is requested in our reservation so when we checked in, we inquired again and the woman who checked us in took all of the information and asked us what time we wanted to leave. The next morning, the guy at front desk said “your taxi is here” and I asked is that the same as the airport shuttle? He said no, you pay yourself. I told him i had requested the hotel shuttle and he said we do not have that. Even tho I had clearly spoken this at check in the night before as well, he got rude with me about it. I checked my paperwork again as well as the booking site, both state it clearly. I was very disappointed and we paid a lot of money for the taxi that was arranged for us.

with windows overlooking the sea, this is a great location, right in the centre of town. The room is soundproof with the windows closed and air-conditioned. Ferry opposite to Positano and beyond.

this hotel is under renovations, but they over sell the hotel and the pictures are not what you get - only one side table, Aircon not working and you lucky if you get a fan, plastic disposable cups, no place to put your toiletries, or nothing to hold them in the shower, no toilet rolls holder, only one side table next to the bed, the doors let all the light in from the passage, you can hear your neighbours and everyone in the passage. Extremely noisy, and I am referring to the hotel not the restaurants outside. the mattress is definitely not hotel quality the pillows are rock hard, when checking in I was told they had removed the Aircon got maintenance and there is a fan in our room when we got to the room there was nothing, I then asked for the fan and again was told they would put it in my room, that evening we got back to the hotel only for me to be told the previous receptionist lied and there are not any fans at the highest temp. in a long time in Rapello and I must take this up with the guy in the morning and he shood me away. I have the photos and I am going to be posting this all over hello Peter and reporting this to the hotel authorities to review their credit rating. the only good thing was a decent coffee machine but the breakfast was poor to say the least

- I slept with AC compressor at my head in the bedroom (photo bellow) - they told me the hotel facade is in renovation and during my stay I may hear noises from outside, but “MY GOD!!” they started to work at 6AM - the room didn’t looked like it was renovated a few days ago but near the bathroom mirror was dust from when they drilled the holes for the mirror ( photo bellow ) - no support for the towel - eveything looks like a 2 stars hotel so you better pick something better.
