Quick check-in. Nice quiet room no noise of planes what so ever. Good bar and nice restaurant. Good value for money. The shuttle is good once you understand the system.

When I called the hotel from the airport to ask about the shuttle from the airport the recorded message said press 9 for English. Which I did, but the message was in Norwegian. So I had to go outside and try and find the shuttle. By the time I had found out where the bus went from I just missed the bus and had to wait half an hour for the next one !! Quite simply at Oslo airport there is a stand in the middle of the road just outside the arrivals hall where shuttle busses visit the various hotels near the airport. The stand for this hotel was 41 and it went to two other hotels before the Thon. It goes at half past the hour and 10 to the hour and takes 15 minutes to reach the hotel. Just 10 on the way back.

We stayed for convenience to the airport. Breakfast was amazing, rooms were passable and airport shuttle handy.

Excellent breakfast spread. Quality food and so delicious. Really close to the airport. Cosy and clean rooms..lots of amenities! Friendly staff.
