Shower facilities not fit for purpose - need a better system, so everyone can get a hot shower Cleaning - inconsistent service Breakfast - service too slow if you fancy boiled or poached eggs instead of scrambled or fried; cappuccino or hot milk with coffee not offered :-( . . . yet Didn’t appreciate the early morning deliveries to bear nearby M&S petrol station whrn they woke me up but that’s not the hotel’s fault Lunch/ dinner menu overpriced imo

Very tired room, needs decorating. On the second morning of our stay there was no hot water. When we checked out the receptionist was indifferent telling us it was now fixed! Well that’s not good enough !

We didn't opt breakfast from the hotel. The room was very clean.

Took half an hour to get coffees at the bar. Apparently the machine was going slow but nobody came to tell us. Just left us waiting.

When you stay at a hotel it is primarily a place to sleep and rest, so when the room that you reside in is so noisy you cannot get any sleep and the hotel refuses to, or cannot, change you to another room there is no way that you can recommend this Inn to other potential residents. Located on the far edge of the west end of the City of Glasgow potential guests should also be aware that it will take you over thirty minutes to transfer from the hotel to the central area of the city by car or by the erratic bus service that departs from the road adjacent to the hotel, though it is very convenient for the Gartnavel Hospital which is next door. The rooms are very good, comfortable bed, big television, and acceptable Wi-Fi which would have given us an excellent stay however the external noise from an extractor fan and the din created by the lift located next to the room made sleep impossible. --- Beware that the hotel is completely cashless --- In summary, much improvement is required, and we will not be back anytime soon.

The hotel is in need of sone TLC. Our room was clean but needed updating abd some maintenance required. The mattress had seen better days and needs replaced

bedroom corridors need attention/upgrading. attention to cleanliness too required, daughters toilet in her room it fully cleaned and shower wouldn’t switch off. in a positive as soon as we reported a very polite young man came and fixed the problems. Skirting in our bathroom full of dust and grouting above bath needed bleaching. just attention to the smaller details required. we appreciate there maybe staff shortages in the current climate which isn’t helping the hospitality trade. a designated smoking area away from the entrance to the hotel would Bea good thing as the area around the entrance steps was littered with cigarette ends which was not a welcoming sight.

The girl on the desk was pleasant.

The manager had an appalling attitude. 1st Room stinking of smoke. Shower head left on toilet seat. 2nd Room stinking of mildew. Dark hairs all over the bathroom (tiles and toilet)
