Mattress was uncomfortable Rooms were not up to a 4* standard A particular male member of the restaurant staff was very arrogant and dismissive The food was not worth the money at all. very disappointing.

The swimming pool and area surrounding looked a bit tired. We could have been too early for the summer season though?

the dinner in the hotel is fantastic. Excellent cook and service is spot on. The waiter Pierre has so much knowledges of local wine and food and very friendly. Every evening meal has different menu and delicious as well. Rooms are comfortable and relaxing atmosphere takes a lot even when the weather was not too good. walking in the woods and hills was a pleasent journey as waterfall passed by.

the bed is a little soft and my back felt slightly hurting at the end of the holiday.

It's such a beautiful place, from the staff to the surroundings, we were very well received and taken care throughout out stay. The restaurant is just a gem, it was an excellent experience.

Resteraunt on second night on second night very good room was average , arrival was interesting, electric gates,no call button. took us 10 minutes to gain access.

No resteraunt on first night ,no food available after long drive apart from that no problems

Lovely hotel in a gorgeous setting ! We absolutely loved the restaurant, where we had an amazing meal, filled with local products and wine. The room itself was nothing special but comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was very nice as well and the view on the waterfall was very pleasant.

The building is beautiful and very well decorated, however the room was a bit bland.

Beautiful location, right next to a waterfall, cozy and secluded. The staff was very friendly and more than accommodating: my husband and I were there for our honeymoon and we got upgraded to a deluxe suite which was fabulous!! The dinner and breakfast were also both delicious. Overall, we had a really wonderful stay!

Great location if you want to visit the cascade des Tufs outside of busy hours
