Breakfast was superb and waking up to the view of the mountains was amazing. I was travelling for work so I did not get to use the facilities.

Getting taxis & cars to Geneva took a bit of time.

We loved everything about our stay at Jiva. When you drive through the gates of the gorgeous property you immediately feel like royalty. The staff are so warm and helpful. There are endless activities (golf, tennis, pools, spa, cycling) and the rooms are beautifully decorated with all the facilities you might need. Thank you so much to all the staff for making our stay so special (especially Matthew), hopefully we will be back again.

One area for improvement is the breakfast offering which is overpriced at 30 eur pp

Christmas eve dinner was very poor. A great disappointment considering the expense. We hardly ate any of it .

The views were lovely, our room and balcony was really nice. We didnt intend playing golf but we enjoyed it. Lovely to see the water sking and the lovely livery yard. Breakfast expensive but was really nice.

The restaurant food was luke warm and choice was very limited, poor for a 5 star hotel, would have eaten elsewhere if we had transport. 5 euro for tap water - really. Would have liked to try the electric bikes but 50 euro each for a morning was far too expensive. Cinema room wasn't available due to conference?

Everything was great. The service, prices, the room. Very tidy and comfortable. The food was wonderful too. When we were leaving, we received cool metallic bottles.

The only reason why I put 9/10 was a nuisance that our family experienced in the hotel. In one room the remote control for a TV, which is located in a bathroom, wasn’t working properly and we couldn’t use it. In a second room a phone wasn’t working and I had to ask for a help. Finally, a pen was absent. It’s a very small thing, but when I came to the room at midnight and wanted to fill a breakfast paper in order to have it in the room in the morning, I found out that there is no pen. Maybe these things will look like as a cavil, but I personally think that for such high price we shouldn’t face these small things. We will definitely come back here soon cause we loved the place and probably it won’t be a single visit of the hotel.

Both my spa treatments (massage and facial) ended before the due time, this was a disappointment and also a bit unethical. The linguine alle vongole at the Italian restaurant was very salty, they need to improve Pool bar service was too slow
