The staff were excellent - so helpful and friendly. The hotel was beautifully decorated and the views amazing. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Will definitely be going back!

View was a wall, room was clean and good size for one person, staff wasn’t that good, taxi wasn’t booked ask to be put on breakfast list wasn’t done went up to have it told couldn’t have it. Day on leaving that taxi was booked.

There was not one channel on the TV that had movies in English, had to watch CNN for 2 nights, same content over and over again.

Excellent view. you will get the best of Naples if you just stay on that terrace and sip Aperol Spritz. perhaps quick visit to Chapel Sansevero and you are done.

A bit remote from old town. You can take cable car to get to lungo mare which is nice location.

nighttime front desk person basically said it was ok and I should be ok with a birthday party that lasted until 2 am right above our room. outrageous.

NOTHING.....Two of the bathroom towels were "Soiled" and gross quite frankly. The bed cover had "stains" on it. The bathroom had a repulsive smell. Like sewer or mold. The shower head did not adjust to be a shower- you had to hand hold to get a shower. I wwntes get some light snacks or dessert and bar restaurant was pre-occupied with a pribate party and was not interestes to eat mini bar due to repulsive bathroom smell. Glad I did not have breakfast included. I got up early to walk into town for proper coffee and breakfast- at 6:15p your night desk person was sleeping on lobby couch. Perhaps that is customary in Europe- but for a Best Western- sad reflection of service.

Lovely hotel that we'd happily stay in again. Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast and evening meals were lovely too. We chose a Queen size room with sea view and balcony - absolutely worth it for the view across Napoli bay to Vesuvius which was stunning both morning and evening. Hotel location is good for public transport into the centre and all tourist attractions. Staff had arranged a deep bed topper to help my medical condition - the bed was so comfortable. Thank you for your consideration!

We couldn't work out where the spa was or if there was a bar. Instructions for the room blinds would be helpful too.

The view over Vesuvius , the staff , the cleaning, price quality, you can't beat that.

it’s close to a lot but the way to get everything is inconvenient. i wish there was an explanation how to get around from staff at check int.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel in Napoli very much. The sevice, location, view, cleanliness was excellent. On the other hand being high upp on a hill with a legendary view makes it deficult to go down town for some people by walk. Taxi was used by us often. There is a cable car station near by though which can take you down the hill to the shore.

For us who have difficulty walking long distances, taking Taxes especially to go back uphill to the hotel. (Exta expenses)

The Chef made amazing food at the restaurant for dinner. Staff helping with luggage very friendly.

Front desk personnel was very rude. The wifi didn’t work properly and we had issues to pay the accommodation with a card. We transferred the money to my daughters card that also won’t transact. The staff acted like we didn’t want to or can’t pay. I don’t understand why this payment wasn’t processed through Bookings as all our other accommodation in Italy were.
