Super friendly staff who always were there to help with many answers to questions. Very courteous. Room size was great (separate bedroom fro kids) spotlessly clean, beds were fine and blackouts worked well so no morning light. It was so hot outside the AC was generally welcome though we never managed to get the right temperature. Paddle courts are excellent (in the evening -and free, with raquets etc)and bookable at the hotel reception. There is a nice shuttle service that takes you to the port (for boats), the beach. Kids loved the pool (good size) though i prefer the sea!

Hotel is a 15 minute walk to the beach - so with the heat, you have to choose your times. There is a variety of sweet pastries, croissants, ham, branded yoghurts, juice (not squeezed / pressed) for breakfast. Range of fresh fruit, fresh juices should have been better. Breakfast room was pretty warm if eating breakfast after 9am.

The location was perfect and the breakfast was excellent. Everyone on the staff was so kind. I loved staying here!

The hotel is family owned and run. It is so comfortable and the pool and breakfast is excellent. The staff go out of their way to make you feel like part of their family. Francesco and his family are amazing hosts.

Good swimming pool, private balcony. Regularly cleaned. Staff very friendly and super helpful, even after checkout.

Walls a tad thin

The staff were very helpful. Maoiri is a great base . Rooms are comfortable.

The breakfast would really benefit from fresh fruit and fresh orange juice . Also scrambled eggs should be freshly made as a matter of course . Tinned pears and peaches not good enough for a 4 star.

The hotel was very clean, the bed was very comfortable the bathroom was big and clean, lovely shower. Not very quaint, more like a city hotel but I would recommend it to anyone. The staff were very lovely, breakfast was really good, lots of options. About 500m to the beach, shopping and restaurants. I stayed in Maiori because Portofino was way too busy, expensive and overrated.
