La struttura è grande rispetto alle aspettative

Il ragazzo ha fatto un upgrade alla signora che ha fatto il check in prima di me a me hanno dato una stanza con la muffa in bagno e la ventola rumorosa sé hai l’hotel vuoto perché fai l’upgrade ad un cliente mentre all’altro gli dai una stanza orribile?

Good value for a single room. AC working properly and bathroom clean. Parking anywhere next to the hotel entrance.

Moquette in the room. Location is out of town. For whom not travelling by car, the location is deff an issue. For people with their own transport, location is good for parking.

Good bed and big breakfast. small but ok rooms and bathrooms

it is placed away from the town and is super hard to reach by bike. The place looks like it hasn’t been updated since 1980’s. At arrival all light was off and it seemed more like a ghost hotel than anything else.

Clean and comfortable! Delicious breakfast and coffee! The romanian women serving us with cappuccino in the morning was very nice and friendly.

the food was good and the staff were polite. the aircon works. had a lift.

the hotel is situated in a building site for a building next door. the hotel is old and tired. the wallpaper is peeling off the walls.

Comfortable bed

No information provide on check in, no tea coffe in room. Put in an adjoining room, noise level was intense. Was not advised on check in that resturant need prior booking.

The hotel is very clean and nice to stay in, in a quiet place. Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Just what we need to relax after a long travel!

The only problem is the location. If you have a car you can get easily to the center of Terni, but if you don't, you will be relying on a bus that doesn't come or takes like 1h or more to arrive. Consider spending on a taxi every time you want to hang out in the city, if you don't have a car.
