The room very clean & beds comfy. Great TV on wall. Pool,sauna,steam room great. Really good value for money. Got a complimentary drink each & 10% of any other food/drink.

Nothing not to like

It was a good size room in a big hotel. There were good amenities, and it was well located for the city. The bus stop just round the corner was handy, and the no 26 bus ran frequently so we didn’t need to worry about parking. The bar and restaurant were both well stocked. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The bed was comfortable, the food was okay, though the choice was small.

A wedding took place there until 1 am and the noice was unbearable. We weren't warned, they also didn't have any earplugs. We had to leave for our flight at 3 am, reception was indifferent to our situation.

The room was incredible, wasn’t expecting it to be that huge..bed so comfy! Staff went out of their way to make sure my trip went as good as possible.

The only issue really was the people upstairs running a marathon in the rooms above me! Z

There was a wedding at the hotel and our room was above the function suite. There was loud thumping music till 1am. Breakfast was disappointing, it wasn’t particularly warm and the food was bland. Apple juice was very watery.

Exceptional stay, cant flaw any part of the stay. Rooms/building were clean. Staff were all very nice helpful and friendly. 10/10

The service was superb - the staff are friendly and always willing to help. The hotel has good facilities and rooms are cleaned daily with toiletries replaced promptly.

The location was quite far from the city center

Room was very nice. Lots of space, clean and modern. Swimming pool was good. Food was good but expensive for bar food.

Dishes lying outside doors in the corridors which were there from we arrived until we left next day. Bar prices extortionate. Hotel is not near anything.

Room good clean and comfortable. Good variety at breakfast Maggie was very pleasant and nothing to much bother for her.

The floorboards were a nightmare whenever you stood on them they they squeaked it did not mater where you stood in the room. Ladies changing rooms had so many things out of order ( hair dryer lockers and costume dryer )

The floor creaks all night and can hear every footsteps or noise outside. We booked the hotel because its closer to the airport and our flight was 6am and were leaving 4am. It was suppose to be a convenient sleep but we did not get any rest or sleep! Also the reception staff was sucks at customer services

All the staff were all really friendly. The lad on the desk of the health spa even lent us a £1 for the lockers without hesitation. Also the bar area was nice and the breakfast was good.

The spa area itself was very tired. It was also pretty dirty. Both sides of the sauna benches were broken, there was a mould growing on the bottom of the door of the sauna. The whole 'spa' area needed a clean. Mysterious orange 'gunk' stained onto the walls. The bedrooms themselves were pretty tired too and again not very clean. We stayed here knowing it was a little distance away from city centre but hoping it was worth the extra travel. It was not. All in all very much not worth the £138 we were charged.

3 free drinks, room ok, pool worm water, decent distance from centre

Paid £9 for 200 grams of french fries 2 portions this after 10% discount applied.Dont think they were in the menu.

The staff here always stand out, the most friendly lovely staff I have the pleasure of meeting. A special mention to the wonderful Ana who went over & above to make sure I was looked after.

There is nothing about this hotel to dislike.

The room was v spacious and clean it had tea, coffee, kettle in the room as well an iron.
