Frühstück nicht so gut und zu viele Menschen auf engstem Raum. Mann musste erst einmal lange suchen wo was ist.

It was very clean. The staff were lovely and friendly and the room was great. The breakfast was amazing.

The breakfast in the lounge was extraordinary. The afternoon and evening snack service was also very good. All of the staff were amazing. When they found out it was our 50th Anniversary trip they went to great lengths to make our stay over the top. The Concierge service was very helpful.

Everything was good. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tivoli Hotel. From the comfortable room to the fantastic location and delightful breakfast, it exceeded our expectations. The overall experience was simply outstanding. Nothing to complain about, except the wind in Copenhagen during Christmass.

Pillows were quite small, room was on smaller side for a deluxe room.

The location is decent, and there are always taxis waiting to take you to the airport.

The moment we got into our room, we noticed it wasn’t cleaned properly, tufts of hair on the floor, stained pillows, hair pins left in the shower, empty shampoo and conditioner bottles, and the bathroom smelt strongly of sewerage. Not what you want after 18 hour flights. We had paid extra for a superior room with sea and city views, and we the only views we had were of the train track. We asked reception to move us to another clean room with views and they told us, that’s the only views the hotel has, despite what was advertised. The second room was a downgrade, small and the beds were extremely uncomfortable, no views and the bathroom still smelt, granted not as bad as the first bathroom. Feeling extremely ripped off, we sucked it up and just enjoyed Copenhagen. The next morning for breakfast, the buffet options were laughable - cold food, over cooked eggs, no decent coffee, left us again feeling rather ripped off. Oh, and the cherry on top of our stay, upon walking down our ridiculously long corridor to the room, there was a used women’s hygiene product left on the floor in a clear plastic bag (see photo), assuming from “house keeping”, and the phones in the room don’t work, so we couldn’t notify reception. Steer clear! This hotel is an absolute rip off, it’s dirty, old and unkept.

All the little nooks for seating areas. The knowledge of the concierge team. Room temp was great, first hotel that didn't freeze its guests.

No bath tub in a family room. Kids playroom needs more attention. A few toy kitchens and other wooden cars and kitchen equipment etc would have made it absolutely spot on

They don’t clean the rooms everyday for environmental reasons - which is fine! - but they should either at least clear the bins everyday or get bigger bins for the bedrooms
