The location is excellent for a family style vacation, close to beach and several restaurants, and has several swimming pools. Condo rented was spacious and had excellent views of the beach. Suggest some updating of the furniture to be more consistent with the other qualities of the condo.

Property was very nice. Staff was friendly and diligently working on landscaping and painting. Big construction project next door, but didn’t take away from stay. We rented a car and it was handy for quick trips to grocery stores or shopping to the north or south. We walked to dinner a few nights. We went on utv tour around the island. It was a really fun afternoon. It was our first trip to Aruba and was consistent to what everyone told us. A beautiful safe place to travel with friends and family.

Amazing!!!! Perfect location for our family of 6. The best of both worlds: ocean across the street and 5 pools of varying depths on property. Restaurants nearby or a fully equipped kitchen to make your own meals or reheat leftovers. 3 balconies plus a roof top balcony gave everyone their space when needed. 3 bedrooms allowed adults to have their own bedroom and one for the kids. If need be, there are additional roll out beds too. Everything was clean and in working order. Loved having a washer and dryer too. Owners are fantastic to work with as is the management on the island. We loved it so much that we are booking it again for next year and hope to make this an annual event. We rented a car and had an awesome parking spot right by the elevators that comes with the unit. Also used cabs which were easy to get and affordable. 5 stars doesn’t do this unit justice. We are giving it 10 stars!!!!

The property manager greeted us at the unit and was very thorough with her explanation of the procedures. She was also very helpful talking with the owner to get us a lamp and two beach chairs to replace broken ones. Disappointed with the rooftop terrace because all of the furniture was broken and we really could not use it. It was a great disappointment to us. The master bedroom a broken sofa chair and ottoman. In general the unit needs to be updated. The furniture was tired, old, and some of it was broken. The grounds of the resort were beautifully landscaped and well-maintained as where the pools. It was ideally located to the beach, and there were many restaurants within walking distance. In general we were very happy with our vacations however, the above corrections would have made it even better .

The place was great but, advertised a rooftop terrace with the penthouse. When we arrived we were told not to go up there as it was being refurbished. This was never communicated to us. Other than paying for the penthouse with a rooftop view that we were unable to enjoy, we really enjoyed our stay.
The pools were great and being right across the street from the beach was a huge plus!

Security is attentive and helps with taxis.
Property manager met us shortly after arrival. 3 pretty decks. Open space. Lots of room. East walk to beach bars and restaurants.
You can walk to superfoods and taxi back with your groceries.
Really my only negative is the roof top deck. While it gives awesome views we only went up once because literally every chair was busted and you couldn’t sit on them. Otherwise awesome week and will def be back

We just returned from a week in Aruba where we stayed at this condo. The checkin/out process was very easy and smooth and everyone we dealt with was friendly and accommodating. The condo was very well set up; plenty of room for our party of six. We made good use of the balconies, where we had a great view. Steps to the beach, which was wonderful. When we had enough sun, we returned to the pool area which provided shade when we wanted it and sun when we didn’t. Pool was very clean and nice. Great bonus to have laundry in the condo. Overall a great experience.

We were greeted by a spirited property manager who was more than eager to please the guests. The host and the manager were super responsive and took care of minor maintenance issues. The property and the grounds are kept clean and immaculate. We loved the location and beautiful views of the ocean right from the terrace of each unit.

This is our 3rd stay at Oceania, our first in this unit. The unit was great as far as the size of the unit. Having 3 separate balconies was wonderful for our family. Amazing view. The unit was very clean. The only complaint we had was a trivial one but the owners only give you a very basic amount of paper products and dish products to start with. It was noted in the description but we had to go to store on day one to buy more toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap,etc. It has a full well stocked kitchen but they gave a disposable dish cloth which would not adequately clean the dishes. It just seemed for this upscale penthouse unit it would be better supplied and we could enjoy our time at the beach instead of having to run to the store. They did offer grocery delivery in advance which we did not do for this unit. We did it for one of the other units and it worked great. I'd recommend having groceries delivered from Super Foods on your day of delivery and add the above mentioned items to them and sit back, relax and enjoy your trip.

Beautiful place, awesome location . Everything was clean. Beautifu l views. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. The only thing that could make this better is if they had a pool bar at this location with food. Anna was great meeting us and giving us the scoop on everything!

This was our 2nd trip to Aruba, and we are so happy we chose to stay at this property this time around! The condo was exactly as described, checking in and out was easy and smooth, walking to the beach was quick and easy, and the condo provided all the important beach essentials! Condo was a great location for us. Eagle beach is much quieter and less crowded than Palm Beach. Very convenient to some local restaurants and various activities. We rented a car but all the excursions we did offered pick up at the Oceania. Only 4-5 min drive to palm beach if you want the night life offered there. Would had been nice to have a beach bar on the premises but there are a few wonton a 10-15 min walk.

Our family recently stayed here June of 2023 and it was wonderful. The place was clean and the staff was super friendly. It’s nice that they have a guarded gate and gates with codes that open to access the beach. They had plenty of beach towels, reg towels, rafts, coolers and beach chairs for us to use. The pools were great after a long day at the beach. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We definitely would stay here again.

This rental worked great for our family of 5. The condo was well appointed with the necessary items for our stay. The pools and grounds onsite were very nice and well-maintained. Our family enjoyed the easy walk across the street to Eagle Beach. The property manager responded quickly to questions. (The listing still shows that there is a hot tub on the rooftop terrace, but that was not present. )

Beautiful property. Owner and property reps were professional, helpful, organized. Property well maintained. I used the gym and pools. Clean and everything we needed. Condo is clean and laid out beautifully. Very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Binder provided answered all our questions. Anna was amazing. Everything we needed to know she was able to answer and she is so much fun. We will definitely choose this property next time we visit Aruba.

Just got home two days ago, and already want to go back. All in all, an awesome vacation we'll always remember!

So, why only 3 stars? The unit itself is in need of refreshing. A coat of paint would go a LONG way to improving the appearance. The kitchen cabinets We had to buy a nonstick frying pan because the ones supplied were so worn that the non stick surfaces were coming off.
The roof top patio was nice to watch the sunset but the patio furniture was quite worn and the provided pads were so worn/dirty that we didn’t even use them. The “hot tub” isn’t a hot tub. It doesn’t get above 98 degrees F and the jets barely move enough water to provide any “massage” effect. It must also have a leak because the water level was below the top jets. A hose is provided to fill the tub (which we did) but the water level was down again the next day.
Would I stay at the Oceania again? Absolutely! Would I stay in this unit? That I am not so sure of.
