The room was clean and organized. We enjoyed the pool and the facilities.

The host was a bit rude when we arrived later than planned due to unpredicted delay in car rental.

The pool was amazing and very clean. The rooms were clean with AC and clean sheets and a fridge. Welcoming host!

Fransisca was very nice and Nuno was there to help when the batteries were dead in both remotes and I suppose it was he that fixed the showerhead.

The room was not well maintained. The heater did nothing and was so moldy that I had to open the door at night to sleep and was freezing. The bed sheets smelled of bleach so strongly I could barely sleep and almost went to my car between the mold, the cold and the smell. The showerhead was worthless and kept falling off and I couldn't take a decent shower and the water became freezing cold quickly. The tea kettle was missing. Even though when I told Francsisca about the problems, she tried to fix things immediately and I had a better 2nd night but overall, I should have been offered a refund for at least that one night instead of just an apology. There also was no breakfast included during winter and I think the rate should have been cheaper. I stayed in much better places for less so I cannot recommend this place. Maybe it's better in summer but it's their duty to maintain the place properly in winter or not rent it out.

Hotel was great. Our host Fransisca was so nice and helpfull. The dinner in her restaurant was wonderful. Very nice people.

It was like staying at home! The room was clean and comfortable, with a lot of space only for us. If you want to know something about the region Francisca will tell you gladly. We had some troubles because we had a pin in the tyre and Riccardo helped us speaking with the assistance. We often had dinner at Nuno (the family restaurant)and we were satisfied every time! Thanks to Francisca Nuno and Riccardo for your lovely hospitality!
