Propre, chambre spacieuse, bon accueil même pour une arrivée à 1h du matin, à 5min de l’aéroport, et très bon petit déjeuner. Le tout pour un prix tout à fait acceptable pour l’île de France.

Le problème est la carte du menu le soir qui n'offre pas un grand choix. Je suis resté une semaine entière et au diner tous les soirs , on a vite fait le tour.... Offrir un plat du jour qui change tous les soirs aurait été bien pour les clients qui restent longtemps.

Belle chambre et équipements de très bonne qualité. Facile d’accès par le bus depuis le terminal 3.

L’accueil de l’hôte qui m’a pris un peu de haut, pas très agréable pour l’explication de l’empreinte de la carte bleue en guise de caution. Je voulais simplement comprendre car habituée à voyager, c’était la première fois.

Hotel situé à proximite de l’aéroport. Environnement sécuritaire et peu bruyant. Établissement récent et agréable à séjourner. Chambre propre et décoration soignée. Petit déjeuner avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Personnel disponible et souriant. Je recommande.

Great value, comfortable, did a reasonable job accommodating requests. The room was pretty quiet and the staff was friendly. The décor was cool (kind of a Polynesian or Hawaiian theme, even with ukuleles attached to the wall). It was a great value, all things considered, and we'd stay there again. I tuned the ukuleles for them -- I wonder if anyone will notice. haha Walking distance to several restaurants, including a reasonably-priced pizza place. Really convenient to the airport, too - close enough that it *should* be walkable, but it's really not because of all the big roads, so you'll need to take the bus ( €10 for 4), a taxi, or the shuttle (€28 for 4).

We got two rooms next door to each other, but each of our rooms was adjoining a different room, so we couldn't use a door between the rooms. The shuttle to the airport is billed per person, and it was a bit expensive for a family of four -- we probably could have taken a taxy or uber for less. There's a public bus that stops nearby that we used after we returned our rental car -- much less expensive, but requires changing to a different bus once from and to the airport. It didn't seem practical with luggage, so we chose the hotel shuttle. The parking loading/unloading area out front has very few spaces and really no place to wait that doesn't block traffic to the hotel. We asked if there was a place where we could park the car for 20 minutes while we unloaded before returning the rental car, and they said our only option if nothing was available out front was to pay for parking for the night, and that was pretty expensive. We ended up rushing everything out of the car because people were waiting to get out behind us.

Really lovely hotel. Quirky rooms and decor throughout. Very clean and a comfortable bed.

We upgraded our room from a twin to queen but in check in were given keys to a twin. We’d been travelling for 12 hours so moving rooms seemed like a huge faff. The staff were lovely and I’m sure if we had mentioned the mistake it would have been rectified but any bed was very welcome after being in the car for so long. Oh, and there was a fire alarm around 9 am in the morning but none of the staff seemed to care. People were queuing for lifts, we took the stairs to find a crowd of guests just standing in the reception area. All a bit odd.

Great stay near the airport, walking distance to shops and good boulangerie! Great staff and they were really accommodating to hold our luggage.

We had to phone the hotel from the airport for shuttle instructions. Nowhere does the airport list best western until you find the correct exit. The hotel website doesn't tell you where this is. There are no shuttles between 9.00a.m. and 6.00 p.m. and they run hourly and are free. In the restaurant our food was good but service and billing were poor with additional items wrongly added to the bill.

I really like the hotel decorations, comfortable, quiet and clean. It’s amazing. It was very comfortable. I hope I will live it again when I come back to Paris.

I don’t like the counter cashier. She couldn’t explain my invoice amount. I asked her many times, but she still couldn’t tell me. She just said everything was done, but I still didn’t understand my cost.

I loved the ambience of the hotel. Friendly staff, huge welcome area and reception. Beautiful decor with lights and flowers outside and a sweet floral scent inside. The entire place looked very warm and welcoming. I loved the rooms and all possible amenities are provided from a nespresso machine, steam iron, kettle and tea.
