We had the apartment with two bedrooms. The apartment was nice and clean. Had a lot of good facilities and two showers. The location is not too far from the city We were able to navigate our way to and from the hotel quite quickly. Loved the available water in the lobby and the washing and drying facilities really came in handy. The beds were comfortable, lots of pillows provided.
It was a very tight fit considering it was a two bedroom apartment. You couldn't fit a suitcase in the rooms. We had four large ones so the lounge room was full with suitcases. They do not clean your room unless you stay for 8 nights, considering the price cleaning should be included.

Do espaço do apartamento e a cozinha equipada
Funcionários antipaticos. Reservamos um quarto para 4 e só tínhamos 2 camas feitas, solicitamos apoio à recepção que apenas nos deu 2 lençóis para fazermos a nossa própria cama. Afastado do centro mas com metro há cerca de 12mim a pé. Muito fraco para o valor praticado

2ベッドルームの部屋も、インテリアもとてもよかった。ハンドソープもボディソープ兼シャンプーもあり、キッチンの設備も申し分ない。トイレも、個室がひとつ、シャワーと同じ部屋のがひとつ。バスタブもついていた。
スタッフも非常にフレンドリーで印象がよかった。
テレビ。点けても勝手にオフになる。点けるたびに音量が大きい。それだけが問題で、ほかにはひとつも課題はなかった。

Having the suite and two bathrooms
Rooms were small and there was no where to open your suitcase in the bedroom. The location was not really near anything, we had to use ubers.

Pas de capsule à café dans l appartement comme annoncé lors des échanges avec l hôtel mais du café était disponible gratuitement dans la salle du petit déjeuner

La ubicación es muy buena para los que asisten a las Expos en el centro de Expo de Porte de Versailles, está a 10 minutos caminando. Además la habitación es espaciosa y tiene todos los electrodomésticos necesarios.
El front desk es muy poco amigable. Los 3 recepcionistas que conocí fueron uno menos servicial que el otro. Recomendaría el hotel por todo menos por el servicio. También me abrieron la puerta los de limpieza cuando eran las 10.59 (y el check out era a las 11). El servicio en general es muy pobre, en especial para un 4 estrellas.

The apartment was very clean and had a great kitchen if you were staying for a long time.

Location is perfect for the exhibition centre, metro and trams. Many good restaurants within 15minutes walk.
It's always nice to have a bar. This hotel lacks one.

area felt safe, secure lobby, great location to public transport, very roomy for a family of 5, bonus Eiffel tower view from roof terrace.
bathrooms were a little run down, heating was hard to moderate, it was either really hot or a bit cold.

Very good location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of hot drinks with no cost.
One thing you need to make sure of is that quotations from booking.com don't include taxes.
Actual quotation doesn't mention any taxes that we have to pay. Which almost cost me extra €100 for 2 nights.

Buona accoglienza, hall dell'hotel ottima per attività ludiche. Buona posizione in quanto a 1min dal tram e 6 dalla metro.

Appartement très confortable et pratique.
Pas de nuisances sonores particulières. Bonne isolation. Propreté impeccable.
Seul bémol ; la baignoire ne peut pas être utilisée comme tel, le bouchon ne se ferme pas et donc on ne peut prendre que des douches. Économie et écologie je suppose mais c'est tout de même dommage quand on a des enfants.
Petit déjeuner un peu cher (16€/personnes ) Sinon rien à dire.

Had to wait for an hour cause the room was not clean, although it was the check in hour. Other people were also waiting.

We liked just one thing, a staff. Whose name we can’t remember, but I’ll try to describe him. Middle aged, glasses, used to live in canada and has worked in the y industry. He was soooooo helpful and he is a gem to adagio. He must be treated as such.
