Thank you for welcoming me in your hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect. What I liked the most is the very friendly and professional staff. The breakfast was one of the best I had in years and believe me I travel a lot. I will surely come back!

Over the years the service dropped. At checkout we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the frontdesk. The stupid thing is that your stay is pre/payed, but at check out you have to pay Tourist Tax ( 2€ ) AND 3€ handeling ….,

The location

After booking this hotel they informed me that the papping was closed. I was transferred to De Zon Hotel. I stayed one night and in the morning the reception and manger staff was unhelpful ,judgemental and hostile towards my error and brain fog after I made a human mistake and blocked my debit card unable to pay by pinnen ..I found another solution to pay but in the meantime I was treated like a criminal refusing to pay and threatened with the police. Shocking behaviour and treatment.No staff serving drinks and bar closed that was hard to find., had to ask at the reception to find it and open. The room was old and out dated for the best suite ....was a ok stay but the staff made it a absolute nightmare that left me traumatised and crying in my car after solved my payment issue. Really judgemental, small town minded prejudice mentality. No apologies or even thank you after I managed to pay. Just a smug bye and a dirty look from the receptionist after giving me my drivers licence she held back in her pocket till I paid. Absolutely disgusting treatment. Never thought I'd experience a cold hearted lack of hospitality from a hotel on booking .com. really wasn't worth the stay in the end. Made a complaint to papping waiting responce. Never deal with this hotel or thier chain again..shocking treatment.

lovely staff and great location

the hotel room was outdated and not very comfortable, especially for a tall individual. tables were tiny and low.

friendly staff, bikes for rent and location near the station was perfect for me.

the hotel is being renovated but needs a lot of work to bring it up to scratch. there are dents and scuff marks on the walls, mould on the tiles, water pooling on the flat roof, mosquitos in the room. furniture and flooring is cheap, beds uncomfortable and sound-proofing non-existent. the sauna area was dirty. staff are very nice, which is a saving grace

The personnel was exceptionally warm, nice and helpful. They placed an extra bed in advance at my request. Also the spa was good and free for hotel guests. The pillows and mattresses were very comfortable.

The bathroom smelled of sewerage very strongly and the door was squeaky in the room 109. In the restaurant some food (the aubergine starter and seabass main) was plain.

The wellness center (sauna & Steam bath) was really exceptional and their food was also okay, a bit too expensive but alright.

The too I booked for was not what I received. I informed the receptionist but I was told there was nothing they could do. what got me really disappointed and angry was unprofessional the owner of the place was. He told he didn’t care and since my problem was never resolved on the first day I didn’t have the right to complain. After informed him that I did, he offered me 5 euros with arrogance.

The location is fantastic. The complex is great, but it could use some TLC…

Regretfully over the years the service is no longer written with s capital “S”. But the price moved im the opposite direction.

Dirty spa, mosquito, noisy air in toilet all night

i did not like the phonecalls and the emails the days before. they want a lot of irritating and not imported info and in return their info is very poor. the ambiance is very poor.
