water was shut off for a couple of hours! nothing - no sink. no toilet. no shower. no warning. I wanted my money back. but I didn’t have time to argue

The old world decore is so sweet, and such a friendly and helpful staff!

Very noisy, the reservation was just a mess, no elevator, no parking. Compared to other hotels we stayed, very poor quality-price ratio

Location, view, atmosphere, staff, fan instead of airconditioning, nice balcony with view over courtyard and some of Wurzburg. Short walk to town and river. Free water and Apfelschorle in fridge

Breakfast wasnt included in price, but should have noticed that

it's a nice small hotel in the city center.

Jung people partying in the street until 3 AM

Very good check in arrangement - simple and straightforwardly- location and easy parking on the street across - the bakery next door was perfect

Location! They did leave free water and juice in the room (1 for each person). Bike garage, but up the road. They did have fans in the room.

You could only check in between 3 and 6, they were not offering breakfast or anything else advertised like winestube or beerkeller. We were put on the top floor..

Location is very good, close to city center. You will spend 5-10 minutes to reach the old bridge. Room/ bathroom is clean

Our room was very hot (AC is not available) due to summer. We used a fan which was good but very loudly. We opened the windows to get some fresh air but street noisy was very loudly as well Receptions is not always available due to COVID restrictions Due to COVID the breakfast and their own restaurant was not available No elevator is available Parking was full which you need to check available parking spots close by (300 m)
