Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

What a beautiful hotel right in the center of Oberstaufen! We stayed in the apartment annex and it was so large and comfortable! Both the sofa bed and the queen bed were very comfortable. It was nice to have 2 toilet rooms and the kitchen. The breakfast in the main hotel was fantastic and our favorite of our trip. We also enjoyed one excellent dinner at the hotel. The beautiful swimming pool, spa and sauna were open until 9:00 pm so we had time to swimming and soak after dinner. We will stay here again!

The church bells did ring all night but we just closed the insulated window the 2nd night and it was much quieter.

Номер большой,две комнаты. Тепло,балкон,чайник в номере.есть все необходимое. В отеле тишина. Спасибо сотрудникам за информацию как проехать к отелю,т.к основная дорога была закрыта. Завтрак прекрасен. Кофе вкусный. Рядом с отелем много ресторанчиков где мы ужинали.парковка небольшая на улице,но есть подземный гараж(платный) Сауна,бассейн только положительные эмоции.

Es war alles sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Man hat sich gleich wohl gefühlt. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet und der Wellnessbereich war zum entspannen geeignet.

Man fühlte sich nicht ganz so willkommen, das Personal wirkte hier und da etwas genervt, es gab zudem kleinere Mängel im Zimmer, das Frühstück war nur „ok“

Das Frühstück was immer sehr reichhaltig, und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Zimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet, und wurde steht’s sehr sauber gehalten. Die Lage war traumhaft, alles war gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und man hatte viele mögliche Wanderrouten direkt vor der Haustüre.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist hervorragend. Schwimmbad mit den Düsen und dem Whirlpool top. Die Zimmer und die Dusche sind wunderschön. Alles in allem ein perfekter Kurzurlaub, auch planbar für einen längeren Zeitraum.

Das Personal war auffallend höflich und freundlich sehr hilfsbereit.

Uns hat alles gefallen. Die Lage vom Hotel ist zentral und an ruhiger Lage. Unser Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Grösse, Balkon und das Badezimmer. Die Wellnessanlage ist gemütlich und es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Gastgeber sind alle sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder😀

We booked two apartments, a 1-bedroom and a 2-bedroom, in separate annex buildings during our stay. These apartments were lovely, well-equipped, and generally clean. The beds were comfortable, and despite the warm temperatures, it was cool enough inside. The town itself is charming and conveniently connected, making it a great base for exploring the area. However, I would like to provide some additional information, especially for non-German speaking visitors, regarding the parking situation. Each apartment comes with its own designated parking space, which is located underground and connected to the apartments via a lift. Each apartment has a designated parking spot labelled with its name. While this system is efficient, it may be confusing for non-German speakers. The key to the apartment also grants access to the garage. We cannot comment on the hotel's breakfast options as we chose not to partake. For those seeking self-catering, there is a Norma supermarket, just a short 7-minute walk from the apartments. The hotel's indoor pool was nice, and it even had swimming aids available for kids, making it a great amenity for families

One challenge we encountered was a slight language barrier with the reception staff, as they were not entirely fluent in English. This made it a bit more challenging to understand the parking system, but once we figured it out, everything ran smoothly.

Limited friendliness and support at check in and ckeck out. We had to pay Kurtaxe but did not get any info or card to use for it. There was a vage explanation where our room and the parking is. You get the feeling - just another guesst and we do not really care about you! Our room was in the side building close to the main road that passes the city.

A great find. Breakfast and facilities were way beyond the price range expectations. Lovely village, secure motorcycle parking

We stayed here as respite from the rail strike in Germany. This is a very well run hotel, with an excellent restaurant. Very good breakfast buffet was included, which had the best selection of teas for tea drinkers that we encountered in a month of travelling. Easy walking distance to the station and central to all other amenities in the town.

The TV station selection is very limited. The suite did not have coffee, while it had a water heater. The place could use an overall touch up.

Our apartment was excellent. Quiet, modern with all amenities, a kitchen equipped with everything and which disappeared behind a folding door if required. Shower and bathroom size was excellent.

The breakfast room , as in the food area where you get your food from, was much too small for the amount of people who were there, very crowded. Food quality and choice at breakfast was ok. There is room for improvement. One major upheaval for my husband and I was that before our arrival, we booked 2 successive whole body massages. We found the area where the 'massage room' was located not good as it was in convoluted/twisty hallways next to a lot of technical rooms. Not very appealing having a massage next to a technical room. The other issue was the person(lady) who gave us the massage. I have had a LOT of massages throughout my life, but never have I had such a 'wishy washy and unprofessional massage' (if you could call it that). The Asian lady was slight of build and and her 'technique' consisted of rubbing around my back listlessly and in large or smaller circles. At first I thought I would give her the benefit of the doubt and encouraged her verbally to apply more pressure as I got nothing out of effort. I expect a professional masseuse to respond to me and not tell me to relax. She gave me a couple of minutes more pressure and that was it. I was very dissapointed and when I walked out and it was my husbands turn, I encouraged him to tell her straight away to use more strength during the massage. Now, my husband is a very tolerant person and easygoing and he told me not to worry. When he came back to the apartment after the massage, he told me that I was right and that the massage was totally unacceptable and that he was not satisfied either. We paid Euro 68 per person and as far as I am concerned, it was a waste of money and time. Unfortunately. When we checked out, my husband mentioned the issue we had and the person at the reception said: What did you expect, the lady is slight of build. WRONG ANSWER: I strongly recommend you get a more professional masseur/masseuse who enjoys her/his work.
