Totul a fost la superlativ , de la personal , locație , facilități , activități oferite . Copii au fost super încântați de toate activitățile oferite chiar dacă a plouat sau a fost vreme frumoasă .

Die Lage und die Aussicht waren super, ohne Auto konnte man direkt spazieren gehen, Personal war super freundlich,

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer vor allem die Küche sind mit der Ausstattung und für den Preis sehr klein gehalten. Es ist ein Resort mit kompletter Selbstverpflegung und dafür ist die Küche schlecht ausgestattet. 1 Topf, kein Schneidebrett, keine scharfen Messer, 3 Gläser,…. Alles genau abgezählt. Das fanden wir tatsächlich sehr schade. Die Unterkunft wirbt mit einer sog. Clubkarte, mit der man unter anderem einige Erstattungen erhält und Eintritte nicht bezahlen muss. Die Karte wurde uns beim Check-in leider nicht ausgehändigt und somit mussten wir alles trotzdem bezahlen. Beim Check-out ist dies dann aufgefallen, es wurde sich zwar entschuldigt, eine Erstattung hat es aber leider nicht gegeben…

Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig gelegen, sehr gut ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet mit traditionellen Elementen.

Beautiful apartment, well located. Easy to walk into Oberstaufen. Restaurant and bar were lovely, with friendly staff. Loved the chair in our apartment overlooking the mountains.

A room with balcony and complete kitchen stuff, which we didn’t need it for our short staying, but definitely useful for family occasion.

The fact that the wellness facility is in different building, we didn’t find any snack machine when we got hungry in the middle of the night

There are alot of facilities in this resort. It is suitable for young families with small children.

Most of the facilities are for young children so the older children 9 yrs old onwards might not enjoy the facilities. The breakfast is expensive for the limited variety. Coffee is not the best compared to other trips we have had. There is one coffee machine and there was a long queue. The placement of the food was not the best service experience. We need help to dispense the fruit juice as the jar was unstable and not accessible to children. The bedroom is small for a family of four, 3 adults and 1 child. The toilet is very small. We knocked on the heater and walls a few times. There are random furnitures in the room. The make shift bed is right beside the main door so imagine the jackets, dirty shoes and bags after hiking. We had to arrange some furnitures around to accommodate our luggages, hiking clothes and shoes. There is a old kitchen in our room which is a reminder of 'work' (personal opinion) so it is not relaxing. Overall the room is more suitable for a couple with 1 young child.

The place was perfect for a nice and relaxing weekend before our big trip to Austria. The oberstaufen plus card is a great plus. When we woke up the place was covered with snow which made it extra special. The room is pretty good and the beds are comfortable. The aquaria (to do with the oberstaufen plus card) is a great swimming pool.

The only catch with the oberstaufen plus card is that you can use one of the features per day.
