The location is very nice.
They charged us twice the agreed rate. The room was very old and not reflected in the photos well. Basically, they did some new construction and just painted the old rooms. It's absolutely not up to the par with the prices they are charging. Then, to be charged double the agreed rate was pretty horrible. I cannot recommend this hotel at all. The food was okay, not great. Not sure if they ever refunded us because we kept being sent on hold. We called the hotel over 15 times to connect to someone. Just horrible horrible service.

The bed was a bit hard and the room got a little bit hot so i wished i have a fan but otherwise it was super amazing

Beautiful, surrounded by nature.
We liked the property, but we were charged a different price than was quoted on Booking.com.

the location es fantastic. the forest around and the landscapes are incredible.
the restaurant has new personnel, mixed obviously with the experienced people, like Santiago, captain at the afternoon. that combination makes the service slow and sometimes bad. the dishes good, but we miss breakfast packages.

Quality of the facilities, the grounds were very good and staff was nice. The restaurant was very nice as well, the guys was great!
Size of the room was small. The bathroom was nice, but for the price, the room should be bigger, have a mini fridge, etc

Surroundings are very pretty, golf course , pool very nice. Food regular, but bar and restaurant is a very nice place to spend time.
Pet friendly.
No cable tv during one night, hot water has to be fixed.
