Wonderful time visiting Maui with family and friends. The property is beautiful with stunning views and close to everything in Wailea. Enjoyed the pools, luaus, Mt Haleakala, Io Valley and more. Nothing as relaxing as spending time in a beautiful location with family and friends.

The house was amazing. Daisy and Eric made the whole process (entry, learning about the house and property) easy. There is a wonderful pool close by, workout facility, and everything you could want in the house. The view from the deck is spectacular.

This property is beautiful. Property managers are so nice. The condo is by far the nicest we have ever stay in. It is well appointed and the kitchen is stocked with everything a cook could possibly need. I would give this stay a “10” if there were more stars. We had a wonderful time in Wailea. Highly recommend

My family of 4 enjoyed our New Year’s week at this beautiful property! It was clean, well appointed, spacious, and in a great location! The host was responsive to our challenges getting the grill to work and sent someone to assist the next day. The only things lacking were beach bags and food storage items for picnics but we improvised. We will be back!

This immaculately clean spacious condo was a treat! The only issue was a shower. The water was only really hot or very cold. I told the management and hevsaud he would contact the owner.

Our family and young children really enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider coming back. Their team was very responsive and considerate with any questions we had. The property was clean, had amazing views, great kitchen, and a cool elevator.
The pool was so nice to have nearby for the kids to relax at as an alternative to walking to the nearby beach. I highly recommend this place.

A beautiful, spacious, luxurious stay. The pool was lovely. The accommodations were more than enough. I loved having the beach chairs and towels available. The vouchers promised were not there but the host brought them upon request.

We absolutely loved staying at this property! We were three couples (longtime friends) celebrating a special birthday! Plenty of space for everyone, awesome location, well-stocked and loved the convenience of the beach vendor setting up lounge chairs, towels and umbrellas for all of us. We stayed in a couple of nights and cooked . . .Kitchen had everything we needed and we loved eating on the balcony! Views every night were amazing!

The villa was exactly as described in the listing. Beautiful, spacious accomodations with an awesome lanai. Location was great for us - very relaxing and a short walk to the beach. Property also has a very nice pool. A lovely place to stay!

We have stayed at the Ho'olei a handful of times over the last 10 years and it never disappoints! This place was wonderful. Very clean. Everything you need including nice touches like, beach chairs and beach towels. Eric was wonderful to work with. Daisy told me hat they would bring me a bag of towels for our late check-out day and that never happened. But we made do. It's seems funny that we have access to the Ho'olei pool but we can't use their towels, that's a little bit of an inconvenience. But overall very good experience and would recommend to anyone and would definitely consider booking again when we are back in Wailea!

We had the best vacation ever! Our families absolutely loved all that this property had to offer. Gila and her staff were in constant communication with us before, during, and after our stay. They were very accommodating to our schedule since we were in town for a wedding. The condo had all the amenities and a wonderful view of the pool and ocean. Perfect property where the kids could enjoy the luxurious pool. Thank you for a very memorable vacation!

The villa was perfect for our extended family. We had more than enough room to spread out and also be together. The villa was even better than the pictures and listing - so tastefully decorated, very well maintained, and clean and comfortable. The location was perfect with the pool just a few steps away and the beach less than a 10 minute walk. We had issues with the AC the first night, but the property managers addressed the issue immediately and had it repaired. We would recommend the villa to any family and would gladly stay again!

The property was everything we wanted. There were enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable. The kitchen was nice and big and had a beautiful view. We really enjoyed the sliding glass doors that opened up to the whole living room and kitchen from the lanai. There were really only two concerns, if you’re a big TV watcher, we never could get the TV and Bluetooth to hook to our phones to enjoy the music and speaker system. The directions that were left didn’t even have the correct names of the equipment other property. Also, the elevator between the first and second floor was a huge selling point for us because my mom has a scooter. And the elevator stopped working three times and eventually the repair man had to be called. That was super frustrating as stairs are almost impossible for my mom with the number that were there. So she just hung out downstairs and we moved festivities and gatherings to her.

This was an amazing property conveniently located to everything including a couple hidden gem beaches! We had 4 adults and 5 kids under 11 and couldn't of asked for a better accommodations and it blows away staying in a resort. The pool area is the best that I have ever seen and super convenient. All the beach toys needed to hit the beach as well! Raving Fan!

Our family recently completed an amazing 10 day stay at Gila’s villa at Ho’olei. Like so many others, we had rescheduled our family trip to Maui 3 times due to the Covid pandemic and WOW, was it ever worth the wait!
The villa is spacious, luxurious and ideally situated in Wailea. The floorplan and layout is perfect, with enough room to allow privacy and space when traveling with family and/or friends. In our case, there were 7 of us, 4 adults and 3 children 13, 11 & 8 and we all felt comfortable in our accommodations
The open floorplan combines the kitchen, lanai and main living space into a single large area that’s perfect for gathering everyone together. The kitchen is laid-out and well organized, including a double fridge and empty cupboard areas to store grocery items you purchased to use during your stay.
Everything we could have asked for is provided. As stated in many comments, the views are amazing. The community pool is large, beautiful and literally a quick walk around a corner from the villa. Wailea beach is easily accessible directly across the street, as are the Shops of Wailea. Our rental car left the garage for some excursions we had booked…other than that, one can easily find whatever else you need within walking distance or in the villa itself; we enjoyed many evenings grilling out on our lanai watching the gorgeous sunsets. Our choice of this villa afforded us relaxed, quality time together making memories that will last a lifetime.
The owner was very helpful and thorough with suggestions on everything from places to visit, dine, see and do. Information was provided on who to call for whatever reason, and there is a binder with information on all the appliances within the villa to help navigate how to operate things you may not be familiar with. The onsite management team is welcoming, friendly, available and responsive. Honestly, I cannot think of anything we could improve upon. Highly recommend booking this property for your vacation in paradise.

Outdoor grill has some burners not working.
Windowshades in upstairs room not working
Overlooks the community pool, so if you're averse to noise, that may be an issue. We didn't mind, and with the lanai windows closed, it's not significant.

Very helpful to have beach chairs, umbrella, ice chest
Roku and smart tv's, which we loved
The elevator was really really great, as my wife had an ankle injury a month ago and has difficulty with stairs!
Feedback/Needs maintenance:
Outdoor grill has some burners not working.
Windowshades in upstairs room not working
Overlooks the community pool, so if you're averse to noise, that may be an issue. We didn't mind, and with the lanai windows closed, it's not significant.

Ho'olei is a beautiful complex in a great location. The unit is lovely and the owner is a pleaseure to deal with.
