Siamo molto orgogliosi di possedere questo condominio, Coronado 102 e anche il suo neighboor Coronado 105 tutti i piani terra!

Me and my 3 best friends stayed here, it was perfect size for us. All of us are very comfortable together so we just shared the beds. Honestly perfect place to stay for a few days to get away from the busy life and have all the amenities you would need!

This was our first family trip after having Our second son, so we have a one year-old and a 16-year-old and this property worked out perfect in accommodating, not only my toddler, but also my teenager he had his own space was clean very accessible to the pool accessible to the beach great parking The check-in was a little rough. It took us about 45 minutes to an hour to check in the Front desk woman was very rude. But other than that, we had a blast. We will definitely be renting this property again as we genuinely had a great time.

Parking garages are hard to navigate. Some are easily marked and others are not so much. I needed handicap access which is why I paid more money for ground level room and finding the parking area for my assigned condo was tricky. Once we arrived to our room, we came across several issues. TV and phone weren’t working. Window in the bathroom didn’t lock, sliding patio door had no handle, making it impossible to enjoy your beautiful view on your back patio.
Couch has huge rip in it. Within 5 min. of walking around barefoot in the condo your feet were filthy black. My son went to open the closet door to hang his clothes up and the handle fell off and hurt his toe. The laundry room floor was full of water from a leak coming from the ceiling. With my room phone not workin I had limited cell service but, did call the lobby 3 times and the owner(s) and left VM and texts messages. I spent over 1 hour on the phone with VRBO who finally got ahold of the owner who then calls me back and tells me he will have maintenance come and fix what they could when It was convenient for me. After all was said and done I wasted my first night of vacation over 5 hours trying to communicate to get things reported and fixed.
On a positive note, the AC did work, the bed was comfy and our water never turned off.

The check-in process was a little bit rough. Our room was clean, but they would not allow us to check in before four. Place was nice. Only complaint is the beds were uncomfortable so if you have some memory foam, bring it. It was so nice being on a ground level right off of the lazy river. It was very quiet too, which was a plus for us. Overall, had a great experience.

We enjoyed our stay and location of the unit. Having daily housekeeping was a plus. The unit could use more cooking supplies(oil, spices, sugar,etc)but we found a close market to get what we needed. Would definitely stay here again

The condo is very spacious, it's worth for the price that Ipaid, I was lucky to have that ground floor condo. The linens are clean, over all it was a satisfying experience. I'd like to stay in here again

This ground floor unit has a well appointed kitchen. Some added benefits over other units we have rented are a very comfortable king size bed, dual vanities in the bathroom, a walk in shower and tons of storage space. We were with family that rented their Cabrillo 106 condo and it was a very short walk between the two units.

We had a perfect vacation here. The back door is literally feet from the lazy river and pool bar. Very nice suite. Had everything we needed to be comfortable. The whole place is very clean.

We never stayed on the first floor at Rocky Point and we loved the ease of access to it all instead of walking through the garage and waiting for the elevator. We also loved the small bedroom in this unit with a full sized mattress for our 12 yr old. Normally she sleeps on the pull out in the living room, so it was nice for her to have her own tiny, private room instead of getting an actual 2 bedroom. I recommend this property and owner!

I've been coming to the property for over 10 years, and it's still in excellent shape. The new checkin procedures went much quicker this visit having been able to do most of it online. The room was perfect - I loved being on the first floor this visit. Thank you for a great getaway!

Have stayed in these units a few times and always love them! First floor, walk right out to the pool or beach, grills out the front door and no waiting for the elevator!! Las Palomas has ALL the amenities!!

The room was dirty and some damage to screen door , to couch and end table in Bedroom . We notified Management . THEY KNEW ALREADY . The staff came to clean and repair . We sent them away and cleaned .A maintenance man came within the 1hr. We Worked together . Did his best and left . We enjoyed are stay and transcending very Chill weekend with Family and friends. We cleaned before leaving 😊.We look forward staying there again.

We stayed for our anniversary. We had a great time. I recommend this condo on the ground floor. We were able to eat breakfast every morning on the balcony and walk right over to the pool or ocean in 2 minutes. I would stay on in this condo again.

We always have a great experience staying in this unit! It’s our third time staying here and we would stay again! It’s always an easy process and the location of the unit is ideal especially with kids since it’s a ground level that opens right to the pool! Would highly recommend this unit!

We loved the condo and the community. Staying on the first floor was wonderful. We were able to walk out the back patio door and into the pool. The condo was clean, the decor was lovely, and (most importantly) the King sized bed was comfortable! If you want to do a lot of your own cooking, the kitchen only has the basics. But it's enough for creating basic meals. You can park right outside of the unit (uncovered) or down one level for covered parking. We would definitely stay here again!

It was great. The condo is amazing. Just a note for the owner. There was a leak in the laundry room, coming form above, it didn’t affect us at all, but I saw some drops of water coming down. But everything was perfect. Thank you! We’ll be coming back!
