Location perfect for haad rin/full moon party.

Rooms are very basic and in need of an update. Breakfast was served as a La carte but was freezing cold.

Pool was good and friendly staff. Great location for the full moon party. Beach nice and close.

Extremely basic rooms. Doors didn’t feel secure and didn’t close without manual locking. Shower hot water wasn’t any good. WiFi didn’t work.

We we’re pretty disappointed from the hotel. The cleaning service is bad. we received the room dirty from the start, and it kept going through our stay. smashed bugs on the floor, no towels and more. if you’re looking for a place to relax - I wouldn’t recommend this place. If you’re looking for a room to crash after the party - you can find a better value for your money.

The breakfast wasn't good, the air conditioner was broken and worked partially, IT guy wasn't helpful with our requests, and took a long time till we got him. In general our experience there wasn't as good as we expected

no toiletries were provided, no lift and the stairs are steep. so every time we had to buy something climbing up all the floor was hard. after partying it’s nearly impossible and you don’t like staying at this property then. the villa facing pool side is good as you don’t have to climb a lot

I really liked how friendly the staff was, they were very helpful and kind. Our Deluxe room was stunning, and we loved being able to wake up and be right next to the beach. This is hotel is very convenient for the Full Moon Party, but even if you don't go it's far away enough for you to still enjoy peace and quiet.

Breakfast was awful. My son called it jail meal. Very short menu that you can choose from and i ended it up with bad stomach. Location is ok if you are into loneliness.the room looked nice but smelled of mustiness and the mattress was like trampoline. The short strip of beach was very dirty, and the pool was across the street. When we got there it was very smelly .of chloride when we got back to the room we found out that there was no hot water in the shower. After an hour of waiting to get it fixed(it never happened) and bagging to the staff that our children are exhausted, they let us take a shower in the next room.
