I spent several days in a very cozy bungalow with the sea view. Everything was great: spacious room, very comfortable bed and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel itself is a little paradise with Buddhist statues around, spectacular views, birds singing all day long and blooming trees everywhere. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always there to answer any question or help with directions and places to visit. The location is great too: 7 minutes from Haad Rin and around 7-10 min from Rin Nai Beach which is great for sunsets. Overall I highly recommend staying in this hotel!

The place is excellent, the room is big and everything is very clean, the view is stunning. The staff are smiling and very helpful and make you feel very welcome. I will be back for sure.

The room Was a bit old. It was really dark, the sink didnt really work and the shower was a bit hard to handle - it was was either really hot or cold, nothing in between. But once we got used to it it was ok:)

The TV didn't work. Had to sign in with my Netflix after an after hours staff member couldn't get it to work.

The family that run the hotel are lovely, really welcoming and friendly and extremely helpful. The full English breakfast was brilliant and the views from our room were stunning. The location was perfect for the full moon party which is just a few minutes walk yet away from the madness so quiet when you get back, perfect for those want to that party yet get a good night's sleep after. The surroundings were lovely, fantastic views of the quiet beach and very green it was like being in the jungle, the wildlife sounds coming from the trees are a treat. However, don't be shy with the mosquito repellent! Overall a fabulous stay in a great location with lovely hosts.

There's a few hills to get too it, great on a bike not so great on foot. The hotel is a little tired and would be even better if renovated, however , there were lots of new tiles and furniture on site so maybe that's the plan. Our room was really dark.

The room has seen better days and can do with some repair and upgrade, however the big matured trees on the compound are a gem and the rustling sound it makes was very romantic, relative to personal preference of course. If one appreciates wood, the furniture are of nice aged solid wood although the overall feel is a little dark. The staff Emway and View speak fluent English and obliged us with our request for a cake as a surprise for our friend. They also recommended a tour that offers much more than the one we chose, we greatly appreciated that.

Initially, I hated the climb to the resort but I soon found out many resorts are perched on rocks and the reward is the view then.

Location was great for access to the Full Moon party. We loved the pool and view from our room.

The staff was so friendly and everytime we needed something (see next paragraph) they were able to assist us imediatly, always with a smile. The room itself was big. Breakfast was as good as it can get. Versatile and of high quality. The view from our room was breathtaking!! Simply magnificant. Location was great as long as you don't mind the walk up the hill, and seek some distance from the noise.

The room felt old. Some of the stuff seemed unclean or a bit broken. The general feeling was staying at your grandmother's house (assuming she has amazing ocean view...). The room didn't have a safe when we checked in. We asked for one and they did put it in the room for us, but it wasn't bolted to anything, which kind of beats the purpose. The fridge didn't work and omitted a horrible smell when opened. The air conditionner was dripping but when we complained it was fixed instantly, even though it was late. The bed felt very stiff for us. The room was a bit dark. We would probably never mention any of the above if it was by itself, but having all those issues at once made us feel like the place needs a renovation or at least a maintance.

the hotel is on the top mounting and there is no shuttle to take your luggage you have to walk hard to go up. but good experience.

fantastic hotel, completely in the middle of nature. what about the view ... fantastic. facing the sea with the sound of the waves that makes you feel totally relaxed. very kind staff, it was like being in the family! hearty and delicious breakfast included! always available to help you. we will definitely come back to this amazing resort! a piece of our heart remains in ko phangan! thanks for everything .
