Verry nice place !!! Amazing

The house is located in a perfect area, right next to the beach front and near all the restaurants and shops. Everything is within a walking distance. It is a 2 story building, the bedroom is on the second floor and the living room and the kitchen on the ground floor. It has two showers and toilets, which is perfect for couples or family. It has a small and private pool so one can splurge and relax. The owner- Kostas is very nice person and helped us a lot with discount tickets for restaurants and some other activities.

The only thing for me is the mattress was too soft.

We have just returned from the best week staying here. Family if 5, 2 teens and 1 preteen. The villa was excellent. We loved having the pool and being so close to the beach. Parissa has so many options for eating with a great relaxed feel. Kosta was an amazing host and gave us lots of suggestions on where to visit /eat/ things to do. He helped us with both taxis and car rental. He couldn't have been a better host. Simply a brilliant week. Thanks Kosta!!

Having to leave to come home!

The location is very convenient and it is close to supermarket, beach, bus station, restaurants etc. The house is very tidy. The host is very warm and friendly.

It was like a dream, beautiful villa, awesome pool, everything was perfect and cleaned. According the price I believe you can't find better accommodation in whole Santorini maybe in whole Greece:) we were total happy to stay here... The owner is a great guy always prepared to help, even when we decided last they to rent a car he arranged in one hour. Thank you for everything this was a vacation in paradise:)

Just wow! Everything was amazing! You have your own pool there, everything is super clean, it is placed like 30 seconds from beach and owner will help you with anything.

We loved the size of the house and plot.It was very bright and only 50 step for the Parissa beach. Hosts Acosta and his father were brilliant. Load of clean towels were hand delivered every other day. Property was peaceful and there were excellent restaurants only 50 steps from the property

Newly build villa, very close to the beach. You can see the sea from your bedroom. Owner is great person and very helpful.

It was one of the best vacation of our life. Not crowded part of Thira island. Everything you need is around and reachable by feet: groceries, bakery, restaurants, beach, car/scooter rentals and so on and so forth. And the most important - Lazaros, the host of the place, he is just a great man with a great heart.

As a matter of recommendation, the best beach is located near the mountain. You should get to beach line, turn left and walk 5 mins.

Location is perfect, less than 5 minutes from the beach. Nice big bedroom on the second floor. Host was ready to solve any arising problems vary quickly.

One should be careful to not let ants to explore the kitchen. Lack of some basic equipment in the kitchen (like colander and and cutting board).
