The room was good, with a nice view. Staff were friendly.

I was disappointed that we weren’t told ahead of time that the pool would be out of action, as we specifically booked a hotel that had a pool. The walls are also very thin and there were people getting back to the hotel in the early hours of the morning, making a lot of noise.

Location by the sea was beatiful

Breakfast wasn't to my liking, not saying it was bad, it just was not what I'd call breakfast. Also, there is no beach despite the hotels name

Cant understand how this was 4stars hotel,everything was dirty,carpets in the hallway,pillows in the bed.Istayed at the same hotel 6 years ago and it was in a much better condition.So pity because the location is nice and close to the airport.

The manager is no qualified to be in that position, they took the money 2 times from our credit xard and we still didnt receive the first transaction yet,poor service, bad quality of food,flies everywhere on the buffer, we had a stomach problems

Breakfast was great, had many options, with an incredible view. Beach deck was accessible, with elevator. Car park and valet service at the property free of charge.

Only thing was that you couldn't use the laundry service at night after 8pm

Approach and service are nearly zero in this hotel, They charge you even for water , when we were complaining about this point ,the staff approached us in a very offensive way saying that you can review us on Google,like they don't care Someone who pays 300$ for staying wouldn't mind to pay extra few cents for water , it's the principle and the approach what make the whole experience. I don't recommend this hotel

i didnt like the staff of the hotel all they try to do is rip you off and make money on you they say all currencies are the same they value euros and pounds the same even dollars when there is a difference but they dont tell you the staff are very rude and dont know what customer service is at all also number of faults as in wifi and such technical issues. this was my first holiday and i mentioned it to them its my first time with my wife but they did not care just shows they dont know what hospitality is as i am a manger of marriot hotel in birmingham UK so i know the hotel industry very well but however this hotel they say they have high standards and they are high class hotel its all a fassad and lies they have no standards at all staff are abrubtly rude please do something bout this otherwise you will loose custom in future.

Best thing about the hotel is it's beach club. Good music, great location on the beach and trendy with waiter service.

Spa is outdated albeit free of charge. The hotel itself is a bit 1980 cheap chiq but so are many other hotels in Antalya. bfast place is good location above beach club 3 min walk from hotel but a bit more effort should be given to food area cleanlines as flies were all over the fruit and some food.
