This property was immaculate. It was so clean, well stocked, maintained and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was perfect, peaceful, great location and quiet. The property owners were absolutely fabulous. The golf cart was such a fun and efficient way to travel around The Villages. (I recommend downloading “The Villages” app to help navigate.) Nice place and the only one so far where I had a golf cart

If you tire of The Villages, you tire of life. And what better place than this home to step out into that world. This home equips you with everything needed to enjoy life. From the front door, you have two umbrellas for the passing shower, and from the garage, you have a fantastic electric golf cart, but before going out look at everything in the garage: golf clubs, bicycles even a unicycle, water floats, etc. The location is ideal for the pools and Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Squares. Golf courses were all over the place, but my wife and I do not golf. That golf cart was our life outside for all the amenities and shopping. We did not have a car, and we did not need it. As for the house, it is gorgeous and all you need. Coming back from the pools, the first stop was the dryer, conveniently located in the garage, for our wet clothes. Coming in from the garage, you step into a conveniently laid out house, with a small hallway and jack and jill bathroom door right in front of you, and if you use it, the other door leads to a nicely furnished bedroom with a very comfortable bed and large walk-in closet. The living room, dining room, and kitchen, open floor concept, are well laid out. My wife and I never used the dining room table. Instead, we ate on the lanai to see the lovely world outside, including sunsets and sunrises. The owners are wonderful people who will no doubt meet you at one point during your stay. You will welcome that. They will point out all you need to know about the house and what is available in The Villages and its proximity to this wonderful house. One warning: Do not interfere with my calendar for return trips to this wonderful house. We will be back!

This was a very clean and well appointed villa in the Villages. It was convenient to 2 town squares and several pools and recreation centers. Mark and Bridget were great hosts and a pleasure to meet. They took the time to make sure we had everything we needed and even gave us a tour of some places to check out in the Villages. I definitely plan to stay here again on my next visit.

Tiffany property was exactly as expected and more. Owners were very hands on and super helpful. Nice extra touches like apple turnovers when we arrived and Echo home system. We had an excellent stay and would happily do so again when we come back!!!
